Hyatt Regency

Pros: Close to the concert
Location: We were able to get a cheap meal at Chipotles and have a wonderful breakfast at the hotel.
So enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency. We went to the Fleetwood Mac Concert and staying at the Hyatt made us feel safe and comfortable...thank you

Close to the center of the action in Phoenix.

Pros: The staff, room set-up, cleanliness, and lack of noise. Also, the breakfast buffet was wonderful.
Cons: As mentioned above, paying for wifi in such an expensive hotel
Location: We were very close to the U. S. Airways arena, as well as many other venues and restaurants. The area was clean, policed, and well lit as we walked.
We were delighted with the help of the valet, reception persons, and general staff. They even retrieved a wallet left in the car as we were late for the concert! It was returned intact as far as contents. The only poor aspect was having to pay for wifi in such an expensive hotel. Even cheap motels have free wifi!

Unsanitary Room and Inexperienced Staff

Pros: The room was spacious.
Cons: Enforce the smoking ban and take more care when cleaning the rooms.
Guests are permitted to smoke in non-smoking rooms and security and the staff are unable or unwilling to stop the action despite protests from neighboring guests. I found the previous occupant's dirty washcloths hanging from the shower. The very young desk clerks try are pleasant, but inexperienced and unable to handle any situation out of the norm.

Nice city center hotel

Pros: Location, cleanliness, comfort, everything you can expect from a hotel
Cons: Wifi should be free.
Located right in the center of Phoenix. Great pool deck and fitness center, staff were very friendly. The bed is very comfortable. I was say this met all my needs. The network lounge was great.

Weekend getaway

Location was great, within walking distance to our event. Rooms were somewhat dated but clean. Parking was not included. WiFi not included. Missed the morning coffee that is often provided by other hotels. All around was not happy with this hotel. For the price, did not feel we got our monies worth. Staff was friendly and helpful.
