Fountain Hills best kept secret.

Posted May 28, 2015
Pros: Secluded and quiet. Good value.
We just needed to get away for a few days. Inn at Eagle Mountain was the best. The staff, more specifically, Terry... she was professional, kind and accommodating. Our room was spacious and very clean. Just what we were looking for. We enjoyed it so much, we decided to book another day. I would recommend this place to anyone look for peace and quiet in a natural setting.

Relaxing and reasonable

Posted May 25, 2015
Pros: The panorama view from the inn was phenomenal. Everything was there.
Cons: They should have a restaurant on site.
Location: It was located in the midst of a nationally rated golf course. The meals at the golf restaurant were very good and the scenery was great.
We were in the Phoenix area for a wedding. We wanted to stay at a place that was a little more quiet than the location for the wedding. The Inn at Eagle Mountain provided an excellent choice. It was quiet and the scenery was fantastic.

What happened?

Posted May 21, 2015
Pros: Seclusion
Cons: Make simple repairs
Location: Frank Lloyd Wrights Taliesen West, Spring training fields, access to Hwy., Fountain Hills, Shopping, Golf
We stayed here 3 years ago and EVERYTHING was Perfect. The room we stayed in had some issues. Everytime we wanted to turn on the A/C the sink in the bathroom made a thumping sound. The painted areas had the paint chipping away, the front door insulation was hanging down, wallpaper was cracked in the bathroom (mold), wet spot on the ceiling with the paint cracking....... I have trouble taking the stairs and we requested a first floor unit. They told us that the hotel had a Wedding that weekend and they couldn't change the room.

Nice Hotel very relaxing and met all of our needs.

Pros: Beautiful setting very nice small pool, the pool was clean.
Cons: walls are thin in the rooms other than that ,nothing.
Location: The location is away from the busy areas of Phoenix the area is just beautiful. There is a great food store just up the hill to buy food beer wine.
It was great from the time we arrived and we arrived late. We had a small issue with other guests letting their kids jump all over the place in their room at night the they where staying above ours. My son called the main lobby, spoke with someone at front desk and they took care of it right away.

Pros: The location is gorgeous and the rooms have great potential. The jacuzi set on the edge of a golf course was awesome.
Cons: Staying on the bottom floor was horrible. We could hear every foot step and water flow from the room above us. Also, the fireplace was broken.
Location: Beautiful scenery, never left property during stay.
The Inn at Eagle Mountain has so much promise, but I left feeling cheated. Being on the first floor is horrible. Not sure what was going on upstairs, but we could hear every footstep (and there were many, for hours at night!) and every run of the water. It felt like the ceiling was going to cave in at one point. Good thing we had earplugs. Plus, I was very excited to have an in-room fireplace only to find out it was broken. I called the front desk and they made no attempt to rectify the situation. Nothing, nada, zilch. If I hadn't been left so flabbergasted and speechless with the lack of customer service, I would have pressed the issue. My fault for assuming that service was a given when spending a decent penny for a one-night stay. Sigh. On a bright note, the small pool and jacuzi area is lovely.

Wonderful hotel and stay

Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: Loved the private balcony with the splendid views!
Cons: Small minor detail, there was only one chair for the desk which we used as a table to play cards.
Location: Fountains Hills is gorgeous and has a variety of restaurants. People are wonderful. The fountain in town goes off every hour on the hour.
Hotel blended nicely with the area so we felt like we were staying at a condo (sans kitchen). Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. We stayed a few nights after a business meeting in Phoenix and were looking for quiet and relaxing... this is THE place for that. It's next to a golf course but we didn't take advantage of it on this trip.

fabulous views

Posted Apr 20, 2015
a very pleasant hotel to stay at. The view must be one of the best in that area. The room/suite was very spacious, very comfortable. The next time we are in that area this is the place we will stay at.
