Beautiful view, Comfortable, Cool A/C
Posted Jan 17, 2013
Pros: Stayed cool in the summer heat.
Location: Casino/Resort about 10 minutes away. Premier Shopping about 20 minutes away. Target nearby. In & Out Burger about 15 minutes away.
Reserved room at last minute. Check in was simple. Unfortunately, still quite a ways from actual Scottsdale (Scottsdale Fashion Square). Not far from Fort McDowell Indian Casino if you want some fun. Wake up early to get a run in before the sun beats down at 100 degrees by 9am.

Nice and quiet.

Pros: Short drive to Scotsdale old town. Peaceful location.
Cons: Stronger phone and wi-fi signal in room. It was better on the balcony.
Location: Several places to eat 3 to 4 miles away. Old town scotsdale just 20 minutes.
We enjoyed the guiet room and the great view. Wi-Fi and phone service in room was weak. Our room was very comfortable and the balcony was nice and private.

Quiet area

Pros: Location and views
Cons: Dated furnishings
Location: Close to Scottsdale, Phoenix without the traffic... residential area w/golf and swimming
We love the Inn at Eagle Mountain. The location is out of the way from the hustle of Pheonix and Scottsdale, with lovely scenery and landscape, and restaurants and shopping close by. Our only complaint is that it's beginning to show some wear & tear in the rooms. They are clean and comfortable but the furniture is getting a little run down. Also, we've had trouble with the air conditioning not working upon our arrival, as the last guests cranked it down too low and it froze the lines. We've had to change rooms twice now. Otherwise, it's quiet and restful.

Pros: the view
Cons: low end furnihings
Location: good location
We enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was quiet and the views were great. We enjoyed the golf course and the pool was small but relaxing. The hotel management could do more to create a resort feel. I'm not sure why a resort fee in charge as there was no resort facilities. I was disappointed to see low end items like hangers attached to the bar, iron wired to the ironing board. That seems more like a 1 star hotel. With the views and balconies there could offer wine glasses and wine openers in the room.

Beautiful views, not very soundproof rooms though
Posted Jan 12, 2013
Pros: Location, very quiet area
Cons: Thin walls between the rooms allowing you to hear noises from next door
Location: Awesome, nestled between gated communities with spectacular views
Beautiful views, pool although cold was never busy. Toilet in room was very noisy, walls paper thin, could hear the neighbours tv and everytime they flushed, showered or ran the Jacuzzi. Keurig coffee in the lobby was a huge bonus every morning.

One night stay
Posted Jan 30, 2013
The pool and views were great. Unfortunately the resturaunt closed at 6 and so dinner was not available there at the site. There was a place that you could order near by and if you ask nicely they will bring it over to you but this is not a normal practice, no room service per se. Each room is situated like condo's and the stairs up to some rooms are steep. No elevator.

Nice getaway.

Pros: Very friendly front desk staff. Rooms were clean. Liked the little patio area where we could sit outside in the morning and drink our coffee.
Cons: Rooms were a little dated. Carpets and furniture worn/dirty.
Location: Quiet area.
Great experience overall. Did not use the room service or eat at the clubhouse.
