“happy visitor”
We were very pleased. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet and the staff was very helpful. We will definately stay again.
“Perfect place to have dessert after dinner!!”
Hotel looks a little run down on the outside due to the fact of age but was very clean on the inside...Loved the fact that you had to use your key card to get in and out of the building it's self and actually had to walk down a hall way to get to your room...Bed was very comfortable...Only bad thing was the ice machine near me was broken and had to go on the other side to get ice...but hey I'm not exactly skinny so I could use the walk...lol...ABSOLUTELY making this hotel my regular place to have dessert!! ;-)
“Our Experience”
Great location - close to interstate and shopping. Spacious room with small refrigerator and microwave. Room was comfortable but in need of upgrading since it shows its age. It is not a destination hotel, but excellent for its convenient location. We will be going back.
“Hotel is not great, but OK.”
I remember staying in this Hotel years ago when it and Metrocenter Mall were brand new. It has definitely lost a lot of its prestige but it is still an OK place to stay. Mattress was very firm and pillows were not firm at all.
“Good deal.”
Nice place, nice staff, nice location. Fridge in room was on the floor and made too much noise but the room was clean and comfortable.
“Inn Hotel”
We have been staying at the INN Place or the 4 points at Sheraton North for the last 3 years. The location of the Hotel is good with the mall and movies being close when in town. There are also ample eating spots like Chilis and Olive Garden within walking distance. The rooms have always been clean. This year the atmosphere seemed different. The first 2 years it seemed more pleasant and this year it seemed a little bit more rundown than past years. The surrounding neighborhood seems a little suspect but we have never had a problem. Next year or later this year when I return for my second football game it is a possibly I could seek a new hotel. If I had to I would stay there again but the rooms and location.
“Highly recommend”
Staff was very helpful and courteous. The pool was really nice.
“Excellent room and service”
Staff was helpful to us as visitors to Phoenix. Very clean and comfortable room. Will stay there again.
“Great hotel for the price”
The hotel does not look that glamorous from the outside, but inside its wonderful! The room was spacious, and service was very good. The pool was an added plus, and we spent many hours idling there. There was a great bar across the street, along with an Olive Garden, and mall right around the corner. Overall great experience.
“On the Downslide”
Was expecting a nice 4-day break @ a luxury type hotel. Arrived late in evening, exhusted and went right to bed; even though I thought i detected the smell of cigarette smoke (we were suppossed to be in a non-smoking room). The next morning I found a cigarette butt behind the tissue box in the bathroom. Management was very apologetic and moved us to another room. The breakfast was not included and we paid for a breakfast buffet which advertised an omelet station. There was not one and the breakfast was very mediocuer. The next day a convention party arrived and even though all the rooms on our floor had no smoking signs on the door; the smell of cigarette smoke was almost overpowering in the hallways. We had another challange when we tried using the hotel computer and printer to print our return flight boading passes. Finally, I asked the desk clerk if she could print them out at the desk; which she was happy to do for us. Management was very nice; but the hotel seems to be on the shabby side...definately not what we were expecting from a Sheraton!
