You get what you pay forPosted May 31, 2015
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.
Cons: Almost everything else.
I was looking for a cheap hotel. I was given a smoking room after asking for nonsmoking, so I had to change rooms. The breakfast consisted of a packaged doughnut or cream pie (you could choose two) and a cup of coffee.

Okay, could use improvement.Posted May 28, 2015
Pros: I liked the easy parking, that the room was clean, and the air conditioner/heater worked pretty good.
Cons: The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the television channels were blurry. It smelled like smoke and they hardly give you anything for breakfast.
Location: It was close to a grocery and some fast food restaurants.
Other than the fact that the beds are really uncomfortable to start off with, to top it off I booked an hotel for two adults and one child, and they gave me a twin bed making it extra uncomfortable. My five year old daughter was jumping on the super bumpy bed and she hopped off like a kangaroo off the bed and fell on the floor, I got so frightened that she would bump herself with the tv stand. This hotel always smells like smoke. If you stay here, check out at the time you're supposed because the housekeeping ladies will be on your butt. Other than that, the receptionist was cool and the room was clean.

Roach hotelPosted Apr 25, 2015 on Hotels
Well you only get what you pay for. I'm a guy so the only things that matter to me is if the room is clean and the hotel safe. Killed two small roaches during my stay. For $10 more a night could have not stayed on yhe bottom shelf hotel. My bad.

Run Away!!!Posted Apr 20, 2015 on Hotels
This place is awful! The batteries are stolen from the remotes, the A/C barely operates, the door was ripped off the bathroom, the phone did not work, the room smelled very bad. The 'complimentary breakfast' is 2 granola bars. The towels are in very rough shape. I would have preferred to sleep in a car, but I needed a shower.

They put me in a room right next to the street. They were not full at all and this was the loudest room they had. Also, it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, but they were cigarette burns on the sink.

Marginal area but good pricePosted Mar 29, 2015
The clientele seemed pretty marginal and the motel is not in the greatest part of town. Building gets good maintenance from the staff, but more money should be allocated for materials. Best part was the outstanding night manager Heather; very capable and in charge and on the ball.

Poor choice!!!!Posted Mar 21, 2015
It was an overall bad experience. Not the nicest location in Mesa. Bed was very uncomfortable. The things they called pillows were lame at best. Lot of activity outside the room at odd hours of the night. The rat traps positioned around the motel were less than attractive. Looked like it was being used as a homeless shelter in part. Bad choice on my part. Should have investigated further. Hotel staff were pleasant and helped me on one occasion.
