“A Ho-tel, not a hotel”
Do not ever stay at this hotel if you are visiting Phoenix and here is why. 1) It is right next to a strip club. 2) The rooms are poorly maintained, the smoke detector was ripped off of the wall to make it smoking. 3) Hotels like this are the main locatin of drug trade in Phoenix.
“embarressing”
this place is bad for business
“Knights Inn Phoenix I-17: You get what you pay for.”
My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay during a weekend full of Spring Training games to go see. We drove all the way from Sacramento, CA (11 hour drive) and got there around 9am. We asked if we could check in earlier then the normal time which was 2pm and he said no but that we could check back around1pm. We were really tired but they did take us in at 1pm. The room was as we expected, old and unwelcoming but it was fine for the short amount of time we spent there. We were usually out all day and night so we only used the room to sleep. The location is convenient because you are close to many different freeways but it is a very "slumish" part of town. We would probably not stay there again but for the price you couldn't beat it.

“No Knights here”
The AC unit was so loud when it ran that I always woke up to it. Doors slammed all night long; it is next to clubs. The sign is was off the road and you have to circle around several streets to get to it; the hotel is located on a one way street

“Worse hotel I have ever stayed in!”
This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Would not ever recommend!!!
“You Get What you Pay For!!!!”
When I got to the check in window...yes window the lobby was locked, I rang a bell. It was about 10 p.m. and the guy must have been in the back sleeping because he had a print of his hand on his face. The room was clean, but there was a strange odor. At about 5 p.m. the next day while in my room, I heard a man yelling about the great sex he was having. I forgot to mention the hotel is a couple doors down from the strip club..BEWARE!!!!
“You Get What You Pay For With This One”
We booked this hotel, because it looked nice, and it was inexpensive. At check-in, the people at the front desk were less than friendly. When we got to the room, we walked into an old, out of style, not so clean place. We were told there would be a microwave a fridge. Neither were present. On the second day, I called desk to ask for extra towels. It was Christmas Day, and we were supposed to be having dinner with our family, (whom we had come to visit). Since we were on our way out, I figuered I would just get the towels on our way back in. When we returned, and I went to the desk to get the towels, the man told me he could not give them to me, becuase I had called earlier, and he was waiting for me then. We checked out immediately, called Expedia, adn they were wonderful! They got us right into another hotel- no problem, where everything was perfect! It was a clean, comfortable stay.
“Cheap doesn't should mean uncomfortable”
Cheap and very basic hotel: Shower doesn't expended hot water, Continental breakfast very limited, if you go 30 minutos before breakfast hour ends, you won't find anything. Hotel Location is good, very centric.
