We booked online because it seemed comfortable and clean, but when we arrived we decided not to stay because it is an unsafe, dirty and dilapidated place, we did not feel safe and we went to look for another place, I do not recommend it.

El peor hotel del mundo
Lo peor de lo peor, nunca había llegado a un hotel tan asqueroso, ni 15 minutos estuve cuando cancelé y pedí mi reembolso, el cuarto que nos dieron parecía escena del crimen, puertas rotas y focos quebrados, además de muy mal olor y las sábanas sucias desordenado, baño sucio y sin luz, la persona de recepción muy mal trato, parecía que te está haciendo un favor. Muy mala y terrible experiencia nunca lleguen a este hotel

PESIMO HOTEL
Pesimo servicio, me estuvimos esperando mas de 2 horas para que encontraran nuestra recervacion, el hotel estaba muy sucio, nos dieron una habitación que estaba sucia y tenia cucarachas la atencion de la recepcionista fue pésima la alberca tena el agua muy sucia.

The service was horrible I expected at least a refund , it was horrible . The place is infested with roaches their sheet are soo stained and dirty . They do not bother to even clean up the rooms . It was the worst experience ever !!

This hotel SHOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE VIA Expedia. I have sent a separate email to Expedia Customer Service with photos of the room depicting a broken door which did not lock properly, floors rotting with dangerous loose floor boards, shower with no shower head, no pillows on bed, sheets not washed , no TV signal or internet working....when the management said they could not locate any pillows for the room I checked out and paid for a room elsewhere. This is a dangerous place for any Expedia customers to potentially find themselves subject to theft or worse physical harm!!

This was the worst place i have ever booked. Upon arrival lines were out the door and not for good reasons. Checked in went to the room and it was absolutely awful. No sheets or bedding on the bed room is filthy and smells like cigarettes. Just an absolute mess and so unsafe. Long story short my fiance and I didn’t even stay there. Walked out and checked out of there faster than what it would take to tie your shoes. Will never book there again and would suggest you take your money elsewhere for something that’s worth it!! Definitely DO NOT recommend!!

The whole property is run down. Rooms are in disrepair. Broken doors, broken toilet, burns in blankets, no towels, no garbage cans, no TV remote, holes in ceiling and walls. Would like a refund. We did not stay. Drove to Prescott Valley and found another room.

It was entirely disgusting. The floor was sticky, the door was all busted and there were no safety latches for use while inside, only the deadbolt. The bathroom door was half gone. There was no microwave or refrigerator, and the ac didn’t work. There were no towels. It basically appears that the housekeepers changed the sheets (maybe) or maybe just remade the bed and put new soap. When I checked in, I waited 10 mins bc other guests had gone up there to change rooms, both in front of, and behind me. It basically seemed like the entire place was just dilapidated and no one working seemed to care that much. The pictures misrepresent the unit in the worst way. Someone tried to get into my car overnight and tripped the alarm, I saw them walking around after the alarm went off and I reset it. Two different trash trucks come by to empty the 3 nearby dumpsters, around 2am and 4am, which was incredibly loud. It just all around really really sucks. Unless you don’t have enough money to go anywhere else, don’t stay here.

This is the nastiest motel I have ever stayed in. No towels upon arrival took 12 hours to get towels. Unable to watch TV. Wall plugs don’t work, floors are nasty. Hot water is limited. Mini fridge doesn’t work. Only provided with two pillows for king size bed. Curtains aren’t hung correctly. Loud and noisy all through the night. Dope motel. Door to bathroom doesn’t close properly. This is so gross

There was drug deals going on - there was some one else in the room I was assigned, I actually didn’t stay there because I didn’t feel safe!!!

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen, there is no place to sleep and rest, every room smells very dirty.
