A nice comfortable hotel!

Posted Apr 10, 2015
Pros: It was very clean, everything seemed updated and fresh. Had limited interaction with hotel staff but they were very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: I had no issues with this hotel at all.
Location: We were here for a wedding and any sightseeing we did was at the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Jerome.
We stayed at the hotel from 3/20 to 3/23. My son enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the breakfast was good and we had an overall enjoyable experience at this hotel and we would stay there again.

Nice east Mesa location

Posted Mar 31, 2015
Stayed three nites. Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Close to several restraunts and a large shopping mall. Would have liked to had some evening snacks but my waistline didn't need them anyway. No food or bar at hotel but they have the usual waffles and cereal etc in the morning.

Reunion Raves

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: I loved the friendly service!
From check in to check out the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is lovely both inside and out as well. The rooms are spacious and clean, plus all newly remodeled. I loved the separate mirror station outside the bathroom making it easy for multiple people trying to get ready. We met in Arizona to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday and were coming from coast to coast. This was such a lovely breakfast area, some mornings we just could sit and enjoy fellowship in that space. The gentlemen who was working the breakfast area was so gracious and helpful. Brought extra food to us and served us like we were his only concern. I hope to stay here again soon and would recommend it to anyone! Thanks you and blessings!

Did not appreciate all the dogs barking

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: usually quiet, except for dogs
Cons: get rid of dogs
Location: baseball, and hockey
we were on 2nd floor and I guess that was also where all the dogs were at. We had no dog. Please try to keep them separated from guests who have no dogs in the future. We are planning to come every year from now. But might have to change hotels if we have again by our room.

Very convenient

Posted Mar 6, 2015
Extremely impressed with rate, location and customer service. I appreciated the front desk staff offering to let me check out later than noon as my flight wasn't until later in the afternoon . The shuttle service was a huge plus. The room and facility was extremely clean and comfortable.

Visit to AZ

Posted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: This hotel has a great location if you are going to any of the malls or other eating establishments, plus it is very clean, with a great staff.
Cons: If I could pick something that really needs to be improved, I would say that the pillows need to be changed out.
Location: There are several malls and other eating establishments near by. The location is great if you are looking for things to do.
We were visiting family in Mesa, AZ, and were looking for a hotel to stay for a couple of days. My brother recommended this hotel because he had gone by there and checked it out for us. It had just recently been refurbished. They have complimentary breakfast every morning (more Continental type breakfast). The gentleman, Eric, who sets up the breakfast and cleans up everyone while we were there was one of the friendliest, kindest individuals we have ever met at any of the other hotels we stayed at. He was always asking people if he could get them anything or do anything for them. He was an absolute pleasure to see every morning.

Last minute overbook

Posted Feb 19, 2015
I booked our reservation dec 2 and we received a phone call the day of arrival that you had overbooked and we're sending us to another hotel for our first night?????? We had a nice hotel and room but your hotel offered no compensation to us for your error??? That was a bit surprising

Excellent, but complimentary breakfast lacking.

Posted Feb 17, 2015
The mattress was extremely comfortable and the hotel is beautiful. However, the breakfast was lacking. The coffee cups were tiny Styrofoam cups and the cutlery was cheap plastic. I could not cut the biscuits and gravy offering very well. Styrofoam plates as well. Throwing away all of that Styrofoam made us feel wasteful and guilty.
