“Great”
Excellent
“JUst a place to sleep”
After a long drive we arrived at the hotel and was given our room. The elevator was out of service and so we walked up to the third floor. As we entered the back entrance there were two people walking out and the one male guest looked like he just got released from jail. Hairnet and tatted down and as my son and I walked through the door I said excuse us and he just acted like he was too hard to acknowledge us.I work at a juvenile prison and I wasn't intimidated but was surprised so see that type of element there. We checked into our room and one of the beds wasn't made and the bathroom wasn't cleaned either. I called down to the front desk to complain and the front desk said come down to change rooms. I mentioned that the elevator was out of service and she acted surprised. There were signs posted that it was out of service but I guess that info is on a need to know basis only. The rest of the trip was uneventful but I would not stay there again.
“Horrible Hotel Stay”
This was our second year staying at this same hotel and this stay was absolutely horrible. The hotel standards have drastically declined. The electrical outlets on the back wall where the beds were didn't work so no lighting. the TV quality was awful you could barely make out the picture and when you did the colors were so awful even if you tried to adjust the picture it still looked bad. The carpet in the rooms was absolutely disgusting. We had to wash our 20mo childs feet of several times bc they were black and dirty from the carpet. The hotel staff was polite and courteous and the house keeping staff did a good job with what they had to work with. The equipment in the fitness room is old broken and out of date. Our family really enjoyed our stay the previous year and that is why we chose to come back but with our most recent experience we will probably not be staying there again next year.
“GREAT PLACE TO STAY”
PEOPLE WERE GREAT.
“Good place to stay”
Good location for us. Room was quiet despite extraordinarily high number of dogs in the hotel (including ours.) Breakfast area clean with adequate selection. Coffee was terrible, however. Never used the pool but it was inviting. Second time we've stayed here and both times very pleased.
“satisfied”
it seems to be a older hotel, but it is clean and the staff was polite and clean and accomidating. The only thing that could be changed is having some kind of meat product for the complimetary breakfast. Easy to find from freeway. The freeway is a little close because you can hear condideralble road noise starting at about four thirty in the morning.
“Excellent!”
All the stores and restaurants you can think of are located within a mile. Well kept, comfortable, easy access from the freeway. Was assigned a room that faced the freeway, you can hear the traffic but noise levels were more than tolerable, pool-facing rooms tend to be a lot noisier. A great choice!
“I would stay there again”
Great location and very nice breakfast.
“great stay”
the room was clean and the staff was helpful!
“Nice clean place, but has freeway noise and dogs.”
Nice clean hotel. It is deffinitely no-frills. Two things to keep in mind: this hotel accepts pets, so you will be staying with dogs and the road noise is severe if you face the freeway. We had difficulty sleeping with the noise, which was terrible all night. Otherwise, it is a good, inexpensive place to stay.
