“Good hotel”

This was our second stay at this LaQuinta in Scottsdale. Very well maintained. Good pricing. Room was clean. Had no issues. Like location- right off the 101 loop. Makes it easy to get to other places you might want to go to.

“A lovely spot for a reasonable rate”

Located just off of 101, this hotel is a great jumping off point to sights like Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesan West, Camel Back Mountain, and the Desert Botanic Garden. It has a lovely, large patio and gazebo area that is quiet even though the hotel is on a main street and off a major highway. The staff was very accommodating, meeting our request for a microwave and refrigerator and printing out directions to various sights. The breakfast bar was ample, including yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, and waffles. The beds were quite comfortable, and it was convenient to have a well-lighted mirror outside of the bathroom area. The air conditioning unit was offset from the beds, avoiding any drafts, and was controlled by a thermostat on the wall.

“FAST CHECK-IN WHEN YOU ARRIVE LATE!”

My wife and I arrived at 2a.m. due to a 3 hour flight delay. The hotel rep. checked us in inmediatrely. The room was clean and cozy and we slept like logs. The buffet was O/K for our purpose. We recommend and we'd stay at La Quinta again should we ever be in Scottsdale.

“A Pleasant Surprise”

Very nice hotel for the price. Large comfortable clean room, with free wi-fi. Good continental breakfast. Walking distance to two restaurants--Red Robin and Mimi's

One of the doors that's normally locked 24/7 and when I reported it. The lock was fixed for the guest safty! Nice location, easy access to the highway to get around town for dining and shopping.

Very clean ! I COULD NOT HOOK UP TO INTERNET. This was my 2nd stay with them on business and both times I couldn't get internet access. They need to consider going wireless.

“Great price for the area”

Room was clean, staff was courteous. However, the room air conditioner control panel door was jammed and could not be openned. I had to turn it off by closing the breaker at the plug.

“Better than I expected for a 21/2 star hotel”

Great costomer service, friendly, had a shuttle that can take us to near by shops, great breakfast every morning, and free tea and coffee 24 hours a day. Our room had a microwave and a mini frige it was pretty nice.

“Excellent Choice”

Staff were professional, rooms quiet and clean. Breakfast was not only fresh, attractive and tasty, but was also ready early so that I was able to eat prior to leaving for my flight home. Location was excellent with several resturants within walking distance. Safe area to be in.
