There were soda cans under the edge of the bed from someone else when I arrived. I got n really late seem like someone was laying in the bed when I got there. Also, a little smoke smell in the l hall way by the elevators. Tons of noise.

I checked in and could not park anywhere due to a concert where all concert goers parked in hotel parking. I had to park blocks away on a sand lot. Hopefully my car won’t get broken into. The nice thing would have been to call and inform me there is a concert. I would have stayed somewhere else

Conveniently located near Mesa Art Center. We booked this for a play at the art center so it was nice to be within walking distance. Restauraint situation nearby was severely lacking. There was only one sit down well rated restaurant and it was fully booked. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were awesome. Door frames in room were rusty, fixtures in the bathroom were old and scratched and etched, the toilet was ancient, and lobby furniture was very rundown. I don’t feel the staff was very friendly or accommodating. I wish upon checkin they would have told me about the dining options available at the hotel and surrounding area. I would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the lobby bc I don’t use hotel room coffee pots. I paid way too much for this hotel I don’t feel it was worth the $284 per night that Expedia charged me. Very, very dissatisfied and will not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Property is adjacent to convention center, short walk from public library with EV charging stations. Property is not in walking distance of any restaurants and does not have full service dining options on the premises.

We do have a full service breakfast option called Cafe Azul as well as AZ Brew featuring Breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as Starbucks and cocktails located in the lobby. Be sure to check out Main Street on your future visits as there are many restaurants less than a mile from the hotel too!

Really nice hotel and pricing was good for how nice it was. Good location to other restaurants and entertainment. The hotel has a bar and restaurant as well if you don't want to leave

The reservation was for a 1 King bedroom and learned that it was changed to a 2 Queens bedroom. I was able to revert the reservation back to 1 King bedroom. However, was placed on the 2nd floor with the courtyard view versus on upper levels with great views, as advertised. In addition, the bathroom sink was heavily clogged up, requested for maintenance to fix the clogged and was completed promptly. Anything other than, it was a good and enjoyable stay.

Ice machine on our floor was broken. TV kept pixelating and requested service four times. When tech showed she said it was a network problem, but everything worked in lobby. Faucet leaked at base. Toilet paper falls from holders. Unhappy with our experience

Great choice in mesa
To start ryan was very friendly. The room was cozy and the tv had bluetooth. Came with actual glasses for my beverages. Room was clean comfortable and worth every penny. I also appreciated the added security on the elevators using room keys to operate.

Beautiful hotel and great rates
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Delta Hotels by Marriott. It is exactly as seen on their website. Looks expensive, new, very clean. And the rates were great, Dec 21. And most importantly for me was comfortable temperature in the room, unlike many hotels we’ve been in where there was no heat. Breakfast isn’t complimentary but it was delicious and well priced. Will definitely be back after our next travels.

Great facility, bad customer service
Terrible check in / check out experiences. The hotel could provide a better training to their employees. Everyone was polite but couldn’t give simple information as far as breakfast price and time, for example. There was no one to check us out/ print a receipt. Had to wait for 10 minutes and when someone showed up, they didn’t know how to print a receipt. Luckily, they were able to email me the receipt.

Due to having disability from hearing and a hip injury i requested a disability room with a walk in shower. I didnt have a walk in shower but was roomy around the bed for a wheel chair. The room was clean. The surrounding was alittle creepy heard gun shots. The parking was kind hard to find l but good if your staying in the rooms twords the back.

Everything was fine! The one down side was I felt like I had to rush out of my room for the housekeeping lady 2 hours before the check-out time. Other than that, everything was perfect! This is the hotel I always book with when I’m in the area!

I just feel since it’s such a big hotel it’s impossible to have each room fresh. Our room just seemed like it hadn’t been used in months. Very strong closed musty smell. Not necessarily dirty just not appetizing.
