Good average hotel. Lots of amenities, pools and golf in walking distance. We stayed up in the cliff villas. Hot water took a while and then Was too hot. Plumbing shower faucet needs attention. Told staff about both problems and they were very responsive to look at the issue.

Very nice staff, very helpful and professional. Hotel in general is fine. Somewhat difficult to move around the property but the views are great. Room needed updating from the 90's.

Beautiful Resort

Posted Nov 26, 2014
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Provide details about extra delivery fees for room service up front instead of it being a surprise on the bill.
Location: Great location with everything you would need very close to the resort.
Wonderful stay at your resort; we will be back!.....................................................................................................................................................................................................

Great for a night or weekend

Posted Nov 24, 2014
Cons: Update rooms!
The overall property is excellent. The rooms are comfortable but old. The ceiling is popcorn asbestos! Otherwise, very nice place.

Everything was great but the bed could've been a little more comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again.

Hotel has a touch of Class

Posted Nov 21, 2014
This hotel was a little out of the mainstream area that I wanted. When I arrived the hotel seemed nice enough, but after parking, and went inside, the hotel and the staff had more class than I expected. If going to this area again for relaxation, I will purposely stay here.

Nice hotel.

Pros: There was a mountain to hike right across the street.
Location: There were places to eat close, shopping close. About 30 minutes from downtown. An hour and a half from Sedona.
Unfortunetly we didnt end up using much of the facilities. We ate a buffet breakfast at the in house resturant which was nice. Our room was nicely cleaned every time we came back in. Check in and out was smooth. Located about 30-40 minutes from airport. While we were there it was pretty quiet.

The only good thing about this resort is the pool.

Posted Nov 8, 2014
Pros: The pool. The falls area pool was beautifully themed.
Cons: CLEANLINESS!
Location: Quite a scary drive to the resort. Only spent a few hours sleeping there, so didn't check out close things. The Falls pool area is nice.
We were in town for business, and it was myself and a coworker sharing a room. The lady upon check in was nice and friendly, gave us the wifi info, and sent us merrily on our way to room (#1). We get in, and there was an open iron board with iron out, towel thrown on the board. The sink was also plugged and held (dirty) water and there was a tossed towel in the area as well. We asked to switch rooms, so the concierge came, gave us the keys and we were on our way. Room #2 was worse than the first! This room, the lights in the sleeping room did not work... none of the 4 worked. So we thought, ok, it's late (12am there, 2am back east where we came from) so we'll switch on the tv and that will give us light. Nope, tv emitted sound but no light. Ok, let's turn on the light at the sink- surprise, didn't work either. And there was DIRT in the sink; literal dirt. The same concierge came and took us to room #3, which we made him check first. Finally got a room decent enough for the night at 1:30am (if you're keeping up, that's 3:30am east). Along all the room switching, we left the wifi card in room 1, so I went to the front desk and she was like no, wifi is not included in your room. After going thru the whole process (2x), it was only when more customers approached that she was willing to help, by saying fine, whatever, i'll just give it to you. Mostly unfriendly staff, rooms were not worth the trouble. Didn't even want to go the cool pool because I was afraid to shower in the room.

Nice hotel had a view of the mountains

Posted Nov 4, 2014
Pros: Everything it was clean, the mountain views, and the staff were very polite to us.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of for improvements for this hotel.
Location: We were located near stores like Safeway, MacDonald, cafe, and other places near by. we went to the casino, Grand Canyon , Sedona 3 hours, Zoo.
We had a balcony and a mountain view. We had 2 tv's in our room, in the living room, and in the bedroom. Very clean , housekeeping did a great job. Very friendly staff at the hotel in every department. We sat on the balcony day and some nights and it was great. We asked questions to the staff and they were very helpful. I was amazed about the view we had of the ,mountains. The next time I go back to Arizona, I would stay at this hotel again. I enjoyed the hotel and the staff members. Great place to stay, if you go to Arizona.
