Nice hotel has great locationPosted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: The positives: I loved the location, I love the many different pools, I loved the room and how it was laid out as a 2 queen bed suite.
Cons: I was rather disappointed that nothing more than an apology over the phone was done because of the dirty towels.
Location: There isn't really anything to do around the hotel, the location is mostly on the spot, they have restaurants but they are very expensive.
The negative things: When we checked into our room, there was a previously used bath towel and hand towel in the bathroom and it led me to doubt the cleanliness of the rest of the room. I was almost tempted to request a new cleaning. When I called it in, I was apologized to and new towels were brought, but the man who brought them did not appear to be housekeeping and wasn't very friendly, when I went to give him the dirty towels he looked at them like he didn't want to touch them but eventually took them. If I am brave enough to hand them to him, he (who works there) should have no problem taking them out of the room, especially when I was not the one who dirtied them and whoever cleaned my room did not remove them. The water slide that they boasted about was rather disappointing and though it was fun for a few seconds, it was rather disappointing, especially when they charge an additional $24.xx per day to use the facilities. The pools were fun, but nothing to make them worth the $24.xx per day as well. On the last day, there was a scorpion that had made its way into my doorway and was squished in the door. There was no complimentary breakfast, the only thing offered was 2 free bottles of water for becoming an Honors member.

Great family staycationPosted Jul 12, 2015
Room looked to be remodeled. It was clean and roomy. The shuttle service around the resort was great and the driver had A+ customer service.

No parking pool way to far away lousiest InternetPosted Jul 11, 2015
They charge you 25 per night when you check in for resort use internet pool ext the internet was pathetic the pool was way to far to walk but you had to because there was no parking. There was not enough parking to park any were near you room never will stay there again. The only good thing was the cleaning staff kept the room clean

it was okayPosted Jul 10, 2015
Cons: the staff!
The hotel its self was great as for the price we paid thats another story. The room was never cleaned. The cleaning staff when in the room asked us to leave, and gave ups only 3 towels for 6 guest. I felt like i was staying at a motel 6. The pool was cool but older and looked like it needed servicing as the edges of the pool where chipped. When I complained about the cleaning crew I was given a 25 credit . I would not recommend it.

King suitePosted Jul 6, 2015
Comfy room. Great view of course. The pool was always full and the parking was horrible but it was a holiday weekend. Room service was speedy and friendly. Staff is nice and eager to assist you. I would go again. Other than the prices, which are expected to be high, it was a wonderful experience .

Nice hotel convenient to the Phoenix areaPosted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: The area is great, set in beautiful hills overlooking Phoenix. It is a great location to travel from, and there were multiple good restaurants nearby
Cons: Our room was located near the family pool, and we were kept up every night by people who were there after the pool was supposed to close.
Location: We had breakfast at a great restaurant named Scramble. We traveled north to the Grand Canyon, and south to Tucson.
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort. Except for a few minor issues, it was a good choice for us. It was fairly easy to get where we needed to go from the hotel. We traveled north and south of the hotel, and it was a good point to start from in either direction. The room was comfortable, and spacious.

Nice resort, had a great time at the pools.Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Variety of pools for couples and families.
Cons: One bedroom suites could be larger (living room area).
Location: We didn't do anything other than swim.
Our family enjoyed our mini-staycation at the Point. We especially liked the variety of pools offered at this location. Very family-friendly. Prices of snacks were good, drinks were a bit expensive. Lots of summer activities for kids and families during the summer (limbo, movies, dancing). We rented a one-bedroom suite for 2 adults and three children. A bit small, if we rent again we will rent more than one suite.

Older, and in a rough location...Posted Jun 26, 2015
Golf course staff were awesome, room was large and kept very cool, Point in Time restaurant and bar made horrible drinks, and had super rude bartenders. Pool was very nice, location of hotel had NOTHING around it that any one would want to go to (everything is a commute). I personnally would not stay here again, but if you have kids I can see it being a hotel of choice. Oh yeah, parking close to your room is impossible, so plan on walking a long ways in the heat to go to your room. I would say it's a middle of the road stay.
