Not worth the money

Posted Dec 15, 2014
There was no parking, our toilet ran 24/7, the shower handle was super hard to get on and off, you could here all the golf carts and outside noise and the beds where made for people 5 foot and shorter. The staff was very friendly but the over all hotel stay was not my least favorite of the Hilton hotels.

OK, older resort that is interesting

Good, older, interesting layout with several levels, pools and facilities. Clean. Only problem was short towels which were brought over right away. Prompt service.

Las Vegas to Tucson

Posted Dec 9, 2014
Pros: The architecture, the layout, all the swimming pools, and the restaurants.
Cons: Nothing! It was perfect!
My husband and I decided to break up our drive from Las Vegas to Tucson with an overnight stay in Phoenix. We had a lovely evening hot tubbing, followed by dinner at a Pointe in Tyme, and then a wonderful night's sleep. Our entire stay was lovely and dinner was outstanding. The Pointe in Tyme has an excellent menu and wine selection. We couldn't have made a better decision regarding where to stay.

Overall it is a nice place. e

Overall it is a nice place. However, on Friday there was no electricity in the room for a number of hours. On Saturday there was no water the entire day. To compensate, the front office did not charge the resort fee of $60, which I thought was a stingy refund for the inconvenience of two days.

Nice hotel centrally located in Phoenix

Posted Dec 5, 2014
Pros: Grounds
Cons: room cleanliness
Location: Great location, easy to get around the general Phoenix area from here
Nice resort that is beginning to show some age. Loaded with amenities. Plenty of pools, waterfalls, nice grounds. Excellent restaurant and bar on ground - Point in Thyme. Check-in/out very smooth. Generally good staff.

Seemed like it needs some long overdue upkeep - some items were repaired poorly

Good average hotel. Lots of amenities, pools and golf in walking distance. We stayed up in the cliff villas. Hot water took a while and then Was too hot. Plumbing shower faucet needs attention. Told staff about both problems and they were very responsive to look at the issue.

Very nice staff, very helpful and professional. Hotel in general is fine. Somewhat difficult to move around the property but the views are great. Room needed updating from the 90's.

Beautiful Resort

Posted Nov 26, 2014
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Provide details about extra delivery fees for room service up front instead of it being a surprise on the bill.
Location: Great location with everything you would need very close to the resort.
Wonderful stay at your resort; we will be back!.....................................................................................................................................................................................................

Great for a night or weekend

Posted Nov 24, 2014
Cons: Update rooms!
The overall property is excellent. The rooms are comfortable but old. The ceiling is popcorn asbestos! Otherwise, very nice place.
