Hotel Staff very friendly, explained amenities

Pros: Centrally located to HWY, Spacious parking..
Cons: Needed to Iron Clothes Iron didn't get hot enough. Needed more trash cans in the room.
Friendly, Clean, and spacious. Close to everything.

Good location, but that air conditioner....

Hotel is in a great location, right next to 10. The staff was very nice. The rooms could definitely use some updating. Worst part was the air conditioner was VERY loud and seemed to kick on every few minutes. Sounded like a helicopter taking off so very hard to sleep with it running.

Very disappointed

Pros: The pool area was very nice.
Cons: Someone needs to follow behind the cleaning crew to make sure they are doing their job.
I have stayed at other Quality Inns and always liked them. I was so disappointed in our, it was so dirty, the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed, we found trash in our room, empty cans and papers. It smelled so bad.

Exterior needs some TLC.

Comfortable, clean room. Good breakfast. Place looks old and dirty from outside. Appearance needs to be freshened up. Otherwise decent place to stay.

Lack of updates shine from the tub tv and bed covers to the blackout curtains with warnout linings that let the light through like a beam of light.

As an Aussie and first time in Phoenix I thouht the plane had gone too far,loved the what I imagined as a Mexican feel. Staff were great, would stay again, WIFI good, laundry good. Jerry Taxi Service staff suggested was good. All good Mate, quo bonito.
