The services provided are bare minimum. The hotel cut all the corners they can cut to provide service they promised to provide, even after being requested.

The property was fine and front desk staff were kind. However, they have a policy in which you need to request any service for your room. If you don't request, no one even comes to your room. We had a full garbage can and all towels used and on the floor. Our room was not touched. We had to go to the front desk to get a garbage bag and towels.

Location is great for events in downtown Tempe. Everything is clean and modern. Friendly staff. Some damaged finishes and the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way (maybe needed a repair) but overall seems like property is taken care of well. The pool area was clean and inviting. Would stay again.

The staff at the property are extreamly friendly and very helpful. I sat at front desk/bar multiple times and had several conversations with them during my visit. They were also willing to store my bags when I arrived early before check in. As well as when I was still in the area after check out. Here would be my lists of pro's and con's about the property. Pros: * Very friendly staff * Comfortable beds * Clean Bathrooms with nice showers * Affordable * Safe Area * Walkable to several areas around Tempe and Scottsdale * Good beer selection at lobby bar area and nice little hangout spots for just lounging around. *Affordable drinks and snacks at lobby store Cons: * 1st floor rooms are loud. Might want to bring earplugs due to all the outside and inside noises. * Cleaning staff did not come to my room to change sheets, clean or supply fresh towels. I was there for a week. * My room key deactivated itself multiple times and had to be reset 4 different nights in order for me to get into my room. * Expedia advertised this location to have "Free Breakfast" which currently is just a couple of pre packaged muffins that they sit out on the counter in the morning. Outside of the very few couple of areas mentioned above, I enjoyed my stay here.

This is a smaller boutique type hotel. The check-in was quick and professional. It is within walking distance to ASU and close to the 202 freeway. It is also very close to Tempe Marketplace which has an abundance of restaurants. The bed was comfortable and they have a breakfast available.

It was quiet. Had a comfortable enough bed, coffee maker, tv with cable. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and lotion. Thats always nice. Clean towels, plenty of them for 1 or 2 people. Staff was friendly enough, never really went down to "hang out" or anything. The girl that checked me in was nice. The night guy was friendly. Check out guy was also friendly. Cons. Door was hard to open, kept thinking my entry card didnt work until i figured out the door got caught on the frame and you had to push really hard. Coffee in the coffee maker was "meh". Needs more sugar or creamer packs but thats my personal opinion. The breakfast tea was much better than the coffee.

Check in: very impersonal, no information on where your room is, where the elevator is, and I don’t feel as secure when key cards are already pre made before arrival. The room: 😳 walking in the light switch turns nothing on. Had to use my phone flashlight to try to find a light to turn on. Zero overhead lighting, only two table lamps and a hanging “lantern” type light..that’s all the light you get. There is no security lock on the door, the latch that is there is I think missing a piece? As a solo female traveler this does not make me feel safe. The window shade is a double layer shade, but the bottom one doesn’t open so there’s no way to get light from the window, it’s like a dark cell. Dark hair all over the duvet, dirty un-vacuumed carpet. The bathroom: I ended up with a handicap shower, no door or shower curtain so it flooded the entire bathroom trying to maneuver around the flip down seat, you get 2sq ft to stand it. The shower head is coated in limescale and calcium. Nowhere to set toiletries except a random table in the far corner of the room. The bedside lamp is the brightest, harshest light ever created. Good luck trying to do your makeup in this room. Nothing about this room was good, and for over 150.00 a night? I’ve had much better stays at Motel 6

Friendliness from the front desk staff? Did not get the vibe of customer service. The room was dark, the blinds were not connected to the drawstring. The complimentary breakfast was not really breakfast, coffee and a packaged muffin.tried to check out early and get the remaining nights refunded and conveniently for 2 days of Expedia customer service checking the manager was never in. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This was a perfect location for our stay so we could walk to an Arizona Coyotes game. Only about a 20 min walk and we felt safe walking afterwards. Our beds were very comfy, rooms has mini fridges & TV has lots of channel options. The water pressure in our room was terrible. The pool is not heated so it was too cold for our January stay. No hot tub unfortunately. Breakfast included was breakfast on the go. Prepackaged danish or muffin. Nothing special so be prepared.

The stay was fine. The problems after we checked out were not acceptable. I forgot a leg pillow in the room after checkout. I called at 6:45pm on December 9th. The lady who answered was so incredibly rude to me. I was very nice at first because I understand that I need to make sure I grab all of my items upon checkout, but the staff also needs to report when they find said items and not keep them for their own. She stated that no one reported it and I must have lost it outside of the stay. I have hip problems and was trying to obtain MY property before I went home. She refused to help me in any form whatsoever and told me to call the next day. When that is not helpful when I will already be back home. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she HUNG UP ON ME. I will make sure to NEVER stay at this property again. And if you want your property to stay your property I suggest you pick a hotel where the staff is honest. All i was trying to do was get my item before I returned home and she was extremely defensive and rude. I have never been treated so poorly as a guest before.

If you are looking for a place to crash for one to two nights with no frills, it's fine for that. Very low water pressure in the shower, gym is a closet with a treadmill and bike jammed in, and the picture on the expedia website of the room must be form another hotel because it wasn't mine.

The hotel looked nice on the outside, but the room was gross. TV didn’t work. Staff was foreign and not helpful with the language barrier.

The room was not clean (rugs, mirrors and headboard). The hook in the bathroom for your towels was barely hanging on. There were no covers for the ceiling outlets and fire alarm. The bagged breakfast was way simple. At best a solid 4/10. Will definitely look elsewhere when needing to be near ASU.
