Plane cancelled. needed affordable place. Place clean. Looked worn&ugly. Losey pillows. Could hear neighbors thru walls. Ac was loud and woke us when on. Staff great! Summation: sleep difficulty, clean, ugly and worn, noisy. Good staff!

Pros: The front desk staff are very helpful and it is close to Diablo Stadium.
Cons: Everything about this place needs to be improved. Paint is peeling on the exterior and the grounds are littered with trash and cigarette butts.
Location: Diablo Stadium is nearby and an easy drive.
If you have to stay here ask for one of the rooms that have been updated. This is an old property and it shows. The best thing I can say about this place is that the front desk staff was very helpful and it is close the the Angels baseball stadium spring training stadium, which is the reason for our stay. We stayed 2 nights. For the first night we were in a room that was absolutely terrible.There were icky stains on the carpeting and the room smelled. I asked to be given a better room and the staff did understand and although they couldn't give me a new room that night because they were all booked up, I was given a better room the next night. The second room was some what better, but it still smelled and needed a new paint job and repairs to holes in the wall. At least there were no stains on the carpet. I don't blame the house keeping staff. I'm sure they do the best the can. I don't blame the guys working at the front desk either. They were very nice. The employees can only do so much when the property owners obviously don't care about the appearance of the hotel or the comfort and experience of their guests. This place needs a major overhaul. The "Quality" in "Quality Inn" must refer to "Crummy" quality.

Pros: Shuttle service was fine but had a lengthy wait at airport, breakfast was also fine.
Cons: Everything! the hotel needs a total remodel.
Location: Location is convenient to the airport, never had a whole lot of time to do any sightseeing or survey the surroundings.
My family of 4, 2 adults, 2 small children, had an overnight stay in this hotel on our way to Mexico. I booked it based on it's location to the airport, shuttle service to/from airport & free breakfast. Upon our arrival in the hotel room, the carpets were absolutely filthy, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the front door did not close properly and to sum it all up, the pool was out of service!!! I complained about the room at the front desk to the manager, to be moved to a different room, but the hotel was fully booked. His response was "We are going through some renovations at the minute", lame excuse! My kids wanted me to change hotels right away, but it was late at night and we had no other option. We had to swim at the Sheraton hotel next door, order food from their restaurant as no amenities were offered at the Quality Inn, we should have stayed there instead. Overall, i would not recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for cleanliness. I spoke to other hotel guests and they felt the same as us.

Pros: The Friendly and Congenial Staff of the Hotel Employees.
Cons: My room looked like it could use NEW Carpet. It looked liked OLD Carpet that needed REPLACING..
Location: Near the Airport. Restaurants. Sight-seeing Tours pick-up & drop-off.
Customer Service was Professional. Excellent Customer Service.

Pros: nothing...turns out not even the price was a deal compared to new hotels nearby
Place was dirty and run down...with total lack of maintenance. There were even toothpaste splatters on the wall by the washroom sink and hairs on the floor near the tub. Breakfast had run out of several items before it was over and no refills were provided...so my breakfast consisted of a cup of watery coffee and a dried up sweet roll.

okay for overnight but not much more

first, we were simply staying overnight after a long flight and leaving the next morning so we dealt with the room but if we had been staying any length of time, this would not have been satisfactory. the room was a throwback to the 70's but also it looked as if no one had touched it in a while. the border wallpaper was half on/half torn off. the woodwork was gouged and scratched; the furniture nicked and marred. it didn't seem to warrant the price they were charging for the room.

Pros: Very nice lobby and swimming pool area. Very pleasant. Close to airport as advertised. Front desk was excellent.
Cons: Lots of TLC for rooms.
Location: Close to Tempe restaurants and convenient to airport.
As is true with many of the "economy" chains, rooms don't wear well. Our carpet was very stained and marked with cigarette burns.
