“Great Airport Hotel”

We stayed the day before we were to fly out of Phoenix. Perfect for early morning departures. Plus you can park your car there, get a ride to the airport and call them when you get in and do not have to worry about your car or trafic.

Staff was awesome. Nice continental breakfast. Will stay there every time we're in Phoenix! Room clean, a/c kept us cool. Easy access to I-10. Offered shuttle ride to Quik Mart when soda machines out of order.

“Great Customer Service”

Booking for several people made me nervous. The hotel reservationists went out of their way to help our group have our rooms grouped together and on the level we requested. We were pleased with the cleanliness of our rooms, however, the carpet will need to be replaced soon. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the waffles are a hit. We all felt comfortable with the security of the area. Orange trees in the pool area added beauty to surroundings. Very nice stay.

Very nice hotel with efficient 10 minute shuttle to the airport. Good continental breakfast; hard boiled eggs are a plus. Staff were very pleasant. Only drawback is that there is no restaurant on the premises.

Excelent location with good facilities. Very clean rooms and close to the Arizona Mills Mall, Fiesta Mall and Ultimate Frisbee Fields.

Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was great every morning. I had a very nice stay.

I was glad that I could use the internet for an hour and use the printer for free. I needed to print off a couple of boarding passes. But the keyboard wasn't working, But the desk clerk promptly took a keyboard from the oter computer, which didn't have a printer, and connected to my computer. Also, I liked that they had 24 hour shuttle service to the airport.

“Not bad hotel”

I thought that the hotel was close to the ASU campus and had a great continental breakfast. The hotel's front staff wasn't the most knowledgable but did the job. Our room was clean and comfortable.
