Pros: Nothing
Quality Inn was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was dirty, run down and unsafe. the TV did not work, the lights in the hallways did not work, the light in the parking lot did not work. It was truly scarey. the food was so cheap and horrible.

It was exactly like a cheap motel. Not worth the price. Bed was comfy but room was a mess. Broken parts to the room every where.

Awful. Should be torn down.

Posted Mar 30, 2014
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Stay somewhere else.
Location: Taking a cab in the other direction.
First night was okay. On return visit a week later, a different room that should be destroyed. Carpet was filthy. Hair dryer was broken. Bathroom was like a closet. Bath tub was rusty and caulking was old and cracked. A/c unit was old and dirty and busted up. Clothes hook in bathroom was missing. For this, the price was way out of line. Should have been free and even then it was overpriced. Stay away from room 127.

Terrible hotel, dirty bathroom, rude employees

Posted Mar 25, 2014
What a terrible experience! The bathroom was filthy. Brown stains and dirt in the tub and yellow bubbly spots on the ceiling. When I complained about the issue the clerk simply said we know about theproblem and tthere's nothing I can do about it. Will never stay here again!

Back to the 80's

Posted Mar 14, 2014
First off the gave me a room and told me where it was located. Went there, could not find it. Went back to the office and the guy was sorry, he had told me the wrong way? Finally found the room opened the door and it was like stepping back into the 80's! The room smelled bad, the headboards were trashed, the TV an old dinosaur. The beds wee small and hard and. The pillows hard as rocks. Awful, just horriable. Don't waste your time or $$$'s, unless you want to return to the 80's.

Nice clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds.

Cons: Exterior paint
This motel is a good value and it has a free airport shuttle, which was huge for me. There is a nice Hotel next door with good food and sports bar but not much else in the neighborhood. The exterior is not in great shape but the rooms are really clean and comfortable. I got a great night's sleep, at a reasonable price....which is what I wanted.

Definitely not "Quality" as the name says

Posted Mar 10, 2014
Pros: The reason that I chose this hotel was the name and the shuttle service. Both were inadequate.
Cons: Where do I start? First of all, hire some friendly staff who appreciate their job. The room was in bad shape.
Location: There is no canteen area with food, and not convenience store nearby.
I had to spend the night in Phoenix because of flight problems. I checked Expedia for hotels. One thing that I needed was a shuttle to and from the Phoenix. As a side not, Expedia is great because it has that option available as a checkbox on the search. I chose Quality Inn over others because it has a shuttle, and because I thought that I could trust the name. When I arrived in Phoenix, I tried to find the shuttle area, but could not. I called the hotel to try to get some guidance on this. The person that I talked to was not helpful at all. He kept telling me to go to "door 1". I explained that I have never been in this area of the airport, but he was of no help. He caused more confusion than I already had. I finally found a help center in the airport, and they were very helpful in showing me the way to the shuttle waiting area. I waited for 45 minutes. All this time, I kept seeing shuttles from other hotels that were making repeated stops. I called the hotel back and asked for a status. He said that it would be another 5 minutes. After I waited for an hour, the shuttle did eventually show up. I travelled to the hotel by shuttle with another couple who also had to spend the night. When we arrived, the first thing that was noticeable was that the hotel clerk had no personality at all. He was very cold and treated customers as if they were an annoyance to him. Unfortunately, I am out of space. Bottom line: DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
