“Welcoming hotel.”

We found that the personnel was very friendly and cordial. Our room was very clean and well kept. The continental breakfast was good except for the last day when they did not have any sweet rolls. Otherwise it was a nice variety and kept well stocked. The only problem we had was the thermastat was broke and had to be replaced and it still didn't work properly.

“Better places available”

I stayed at this hotel for several days while I was looking at houses in the area. The hotel staff was friendly, but unfortunately we had ants in our room. We saw them originally in the bathroom when we entered the room, but discovered them in the beds later that night. We moved to a new room and found a cockroach there, but no ants. The rest of the stay was uneventful. I doubt I will be returning to this hotel.

“Most Convenient”

We were looking for a hotel close to Peoria Sports Complex for the Mariner Baseball team Spring TRaining. With the hotel on Bell Road, we were 3 miles, 10 minutes from the ball park. An easy drive to and from the park. The price was the best we could find in the area. Previous years we were further away for much more money. A good find and will try again next year as well. The hotel staff was most accommodating. Needed an ice pack frozen for some medication to take home and there was no questions asked. Housekeeping was wonderful. Friendly, waited for us to leave rather than pressing us to leave. The continental breakfast was OK. Good variety of breakfast foods and lots of it. If the breakfast room was crowded we could use the tables in the lobby or go out to the swimming pool. I'm not getting picky, but the newspaper that was provided was the Wall Street Journal. My preference is USA Today, but there were papers there. Easy access to major freeways and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood from which to chose.

Was looking for our new home. Did not want to be inconvince. The staff was very curious and helpful. Made our stay easy so that we could concenstrait on business at hand.

pool and jacuzzi had no lights, no heat, no newspaper provided at lobby, staff was very uncaring to assist us. very unhappy with stay there.

“Good budget hotel if you are not picky and can tolerate soft bed.”

This is just a so, so budget hotel to stay at We found out there were chocolate chip crumbs on top of the blanket and wondering when was the last time they washed it. The shower tub also has several noticeable chips, and looks old. Really need to replace it. The bed was way too soft, and the front office staff told us they are all soft, so no need to change room. There were other good things, though. Room were clean (other than the chocolate chips), air conditioning was strong. The price was right. Staffs were courteous and the free breakfast was a big plus. You can have coffee, juice, muffin, toast, yogurt, cereal , fruits, hard boiled eggs, and make-your-own waffles. A lot better than I thought.

I stay in the area annually. this hotel farther down Bell Road than I usually stay but still cloes enough to my activities and minutes from the freeway. The price and ease of getting a room here made up for any other shortfalls. The only "problem" is the sink area space is limited (ie. it was ok for two guys,but would be possible issue for two ladies).
