Pros: Had Smoking room available
I had checked out of another Hotel in the area so I was trying to check in early, to which the clerk arranged for the Maid to quickly clean a vacated room for me to be able to do that. 3 hours early, much appreciated.

Adequate accommodations for a couple of nights

Posted Mar 16, 2014
Pros: It met our needs just fine in every way.
Cons: The place will eventually require some serious refurbishment, as it appears that maintenance efforts are minimal right now.
Location: Location was convenient for our needs. There are many restaurants and stores in the immediate area. The location is easily accessible to Loop 101.
Hotel was clean and comfortable, although somewhat in need of refurbishing (i.e., the rod holding the shower curtain was just about to fall, and the bathroom was in need of a serious makeover overall). Staff was pleasant enough, room was clean and quiet, heating/cooling worked fine, continental breakfast was quite good despite somewhat limited menu choices (e.g., waffles, 3-4 choices of dry cereal, milk, juice, pastry & bagels (no sliced bread, interestingly), oranges, apples (yes, we have no bananas), sausage (no eggs), etc.), bed was comfortable, room had a microwave and small fridge. Our 2-night stay was pleasant. Upon returning to the hotel in the afternoon of the second day, the room had not been serviced. A call to the front desk took care of that (in fairness, the hotel was full, and the maid service was probably strapped). All in all, we were happy enough with the hotel. It will need to undergo serious refurbishment before too long, though.

Nice Hotel

Posted Mar 14, 2014
Pros: The bed is clean and comfortable.
Cons: Although the counters appear to be clean, it should be wiped either way because who knows what was on it.
Location: You're in an area with lots of businesses around. Walmart is down the street, and there's tons of restaurants too.
I came to Glendale for an interview at Midwestern, and this place is only a few miles away! It was in a very convenient location with lots of businesses around in case I was missing something or wanted to grab something to eat. The place had all the usual hotel amenities: wifi, pool, coffee pot, fridge, continental breakfast, TV, etc. Although there's no gym, you can get a pass for the LA Fitness across the street! Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room is relatively clean -- I saw a few crumbs on my table that you'd have to squint to see because they blended in. Overall, it was pretty nice experience.

Not worth the price!

Posted Mar 1, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The rooms and baths could be updated, the breakfast could be better.
The beds were terrible and uncomfortable to sleep in. When I went to take a bath the refinished surface of the tub started flaking off into the water. The grout around the tub and sink was disgusting and the hairdryer was falling off the wall. When I went down for the breakfast at 8 A.M. there were select food choices left. Whatever hot food was prepared was not available when I got there.

Needs a Cleaning

Posted Feb 19, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Was a good location for what was needed on our trip.
This property needs a cleaning everywhere. The tiles were coming up on the bath floor. the toilet was loose. Disappointing to say the lease.

Nice hotel central to ammenities and golf

Posted Jan 30, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Just about everything. The towels were old and yellowish - a bit of bleach would have been helpful.
2nd day of our trip, housekeeping forgot to clean our room. We came in the afternoon and informed the Manager (the only staff member). He went to the back and found us some towels. We ended up having to take our garbage to the bins at the back of the hotel - not really pleasant.
