Never Been Sooooo DISAPPOINTED!!!Posted Nov 13, 2013
Pros: The FREE BREAKFAST. A young woman helping between that room & front desk, she checked me out. She was BY FAR the BEST PART, deserves a promo & raise
Cons: SEE SECT abt my EXPRNC, hve 1 of yr Qulty Ctrl Xprts stay THERE. Not enough rm for R cmplet cmnts, (had no inslts or prfnty to incld) call/e-mail me.
Location: It was close enough to the downtown venues, but could use more restaurants to choose from. Close to freeway access.
My 5 girls & I were attndng a confrnc, had to go there frst so chckd into the htl aftr. It was late when we arrvd, so the grls waitd in the car xcept for my VERY PREGNANT (8 1/2 mos.) dghter & I. I had rservd 2 ROOMS, 3 people in each. I calld earlier to see if they had cnncting rms, "NO, WE DON'T HAVE ANY CONNECTING ROOMS.", no biggie...CAN WE get r rms nxt dr to ea other, "SURE, WE CAN DO THAT". As I chckd in, the frnt dsk man seemd to move slow, it lookd as though he was typng on the cmputer w/1 finger at a time, it took about 20 min. to check us in. He smd a ltle anoyd that we'd nd 2 kys for the rm, "'CAUSE YOU'RE ONLY STAYING 1 NGHT"...(isn't it stndrd prctice to gve 2 keys if ther's mor thn 1 persn?? It has bn whn I've checkd in w/ other people. Ok, it's late, I'll let it go...he told me where to prk my car, and how to get to our rm and handed me THE key. I askd him if that ONE KEY was supposd to open BOTH ROOMS..."No, I haven't checked you into the other room yet." (WHAT?!? YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!) So now, I've got to wait for him to DO THE OTHER ROOM (anothr 15-20 min). So I snt the girls to the 1st rm and I wated 4 the other one. The rm, looked like they had taken a sngl rm & CRAMD 2 qn beds in it, not much rm to move betwn the wall & bed. There's DIRT on the wll undr the wndw (it was up off the flr by 5"). Ther ws abt 30" of snk contr spc (surnd by 2 walls/1 mirror for all 3 mkup bgs. The rms were NOT NXT DR to each other. Sry bt abrv not enuf rm 4 all.

Hotel location is situated in a low developed areaPosted Oct 31, 2013
Pros: Not much
Cons: Need, a Gym, Secured internet, functioning vending machines, a restaurant, and a clear policy of transportation to and from the hotel to the Airport .
Location: Location is in a low developed area, and practically there is nothing nearby except for a Taco Bell and one other fast food place.
Lacking amenities suc as a gym, a restaurant on premises, secured internet, and on the weekend, there were a lot of strange folks in the hallway that make wonder what they are doing.

Reasonably nice. The hotel rooms need some serious attention.

Grounds and public areas needed some cleanup. Room was fine and daily room cleaning was good. Towels thin and not always sufficient quantity. Soap and shampoo supply barely adequate...very tightly managed. Don't expect to eat within walking distance.

Disappointed in PhoenixPosted Mar 24, 2013
Pros: Reliable internet service.
Cons: Rundown condition of the facility.
Location: Didn't really feel safe.
I have stayed at other Quality Inns, and the Phoenix facility was run down and poorly kept. The free breakfast was OK. Comfort of bed was OK, but I really wish Quality Inns would switch up from those tiny pillows they have. Internet service was fine, which is important to me as I try to keep up with work when traveling. I really don't expect Quality Inns to be more than basic, but I want to feel safe in a well-maintained facility. I choose this Quality Inn because it was close to downtown, where I had a meeting the next day. Next time I'll choose a different hotel. Price of the hotel was high. I don't mind paying when a hotel is worth it, but this was not.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel kept up nicely and the inner courtyard/pool which the rooms face is quiet and well groomed.

Not much choosePosted Mar 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room size was too small. All the furnitures were too tight of space. The toilet bowl felt like a child size. TV was set too high.
