Good hotel, good room, great price.Posted Nov 11, 2013
The room was clean but had that old hotel smell. The grounds were well kept and the pool area was nice. Right next to Tue Arizona Event Center. My biggest complaint was that there were no trash can liners in the trash cans. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ok for the moneyPosted Sep 21, 2013
Pros: Cheap and fairly quiet. Breakfast included and free WiFi. Better than a motel for the same price.
Cons: Cleaner bathrooms. Bath tub was stained black. Healthier breakfast.
Friendly staff. Clean pool area. Rooms are shabby and outdated. (A bit smelly)

great locationPosted Aug 24, 2013
Pros: The heated pool was perfect for the baby and the room had a mini kitchen that came in handy.
Cons: there was still some trash under the sink
Location: Sun Splash and Golf Land were practically next door
we loved the pool and breakfast, the staff was very helpful and friendly. the room wasn't very big but it was comfy and the bed was clean and soft. the mirror to the closet swung back and forth which was disturbing but not that big of an issue the shower was pleasant and the tub was big enough for the baby to have a fun bath. we loved that there was a kitchen with microwave fridge and freezer if we had stayed any longer it would have been very useful.

Pretty GoodPosted Aug 20, 2013
Cons: Update counter tops in the kitchenette rooms, minor repairs in the bathroom. Overall updating needed soon.
Location: Lots of attractions near by to keep the kids entertained
The rooms need a little updating - chipped formica counter tops (not severe), burn spot on the toilet seat, toilet paper dispenser very loose. Overall a very pleasant stay & clean room. The bed was very comfortable & I loved the light down comforter under the bedspread. The pillows were fluffed & set very fancy - not the usual way - & that wss a special touch that let me know they care. A special thank you to our housekeeper - she wss kind, considerate, thorough & quick. Staff were very polite & always had a smile to greet me. The pool area is nicely updated with a rock water feature that added to the pleasant experience. The breakfast was delicious with pleanty of variety offered. I enjoyed the do-it-yourself waffle maker & the juice dispencer with 3-4 different fruit juices to choose from. Great service & a lot offered for the price.

Affordable and ComfortablePosted Jul 18, 2013
Pros: Room was cozy. Had a convenient kitchenette for those who are staying longer.
Cons: It was no luxuries hotel but they didn't advertise to be either. However, they could improve their breakfast as it was very dull and forgettable.
Location: Many restaurants and fast food outlets, the 60 freeway, and Fiesta mall are all nearby.
It was nothing fancy but a pretty good deal and in the heart of Mesa. The 60 freeway is right there so it's very accessible to anywhere in the Valley since Mesa is kind of in the middle.

Not ImpressedPosted Jul 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
The shower water temp would not move from hot. The breakfast was not ready when it was supposed to be so had to leave without breakfast. Not impressed at all.

It ws adequate and i would suggest that he floors should be hardwood or tile as opposed to the disgusting carpet

good overnight stayPosted Apr 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
the swimming pool was advertised as "HEATED" but it was too cold for me to go in--and the temperature was over 90 degrees. The bed had a dip in the middle, so my husband had a sleepless night, from falling over into the dip.
