Lied to about the pool.County closed pool down.Posted Jan 4, 2015
Location: Not that close to things to do for families.
The staff was very nice. The bed was the worse bed I have ever slept on, you rolled to the middle of it and woke up every morning with a backache. I was told they had a heat pool and it was opened we l looked and there was a sign that county put up that they closed it because of the drain covers. Then I was told it would be fixed so I wouldn't get a discount, but they never did fix it and my grandkids really looked forward to going swimming.

Great stayPosted Dec 24, 2014
This was my second stay at this hotel and both times have been great. Extra clean room and staff are helpful as well as friendly.

You Get What You Pay ForPosted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Most everything. Customer service being first and foremost.
Location: Nabers bar is fairly close.
When I first checked in, the guy at the front seemed to be on a personal phone call. Didn't greet me. After he hung up, he just walked away. When he returned, he asked my name and said, "oh, you have a reservation!". He fiddled with his computer system for a few mins. Never took my id or credit card to verify the names matched. I never signed anything. He said their system is down, gave me my key saying he would call the room when the system was back up. He never called. He didn't point to the direction of the room. He didn't say anything about where anything was. After a long search, I found the ice machine on the 2nd floor. The side door didn't work with my key. And the breakfast was horrible and they were "out" of most everything with handwritten signs saying this. The room was very small, which is fine with me. But someone looking for any larger (room to turn around) might want to avoid this hotel. The positive? The bed was comfortable.

Not so good.Posted Oct 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel is on nice place in chandler, it was clean. the staff is fully trained but customer service is worst. we reached the hotel receptionist she saw us like "why are you here"? I said hi to her but she never respond. she was more like robot, she told us that breakfast time is from 6:30 am to 9 am. room was clean and well stocked, bathroom was clean. the next morning we went for breakfast at 07:30 am and everything was gone or almost. other people also waiting for breakfast but if its gone its gone. Finally one of us asked if she can at least make some coffee, she stood up from her chair, without any impression made coffee and sat back again on her chair. will never go back again because they are asking too much for too little.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Probably the best Quality Inn I've stayed at.
