The property in general was pretty good. My bathroom was warn and dingy. Looked like it could have used a good scrubbing in tub/shower. My friend had stayed there and the upstairs had been renovated so maybe they haven’t gotten to the first floor yet.

It was clean and seemed to be maintained well. They could use a second elevator for as many visitors as they have come. It seemed our bathroom had been remodeled recently. We loved the new shower. They could also use more parking for as many visitors as they have. We were able to find a spot on the lot. I enjoyed visiting with the staff some. They were very personable.

Very convenient to the Mesa communities and amenities if you have a car. Everything ok for a basic aging hotel. Didn’t go to the mall but looked deserted.

A bit pricey for an average room but it was a very busy time with spring training and a lot of other things going on in the area. Average breakfast but quality of coffee could be improved.

Very noisy air conditioner which kept me up most of the night. Shower door had 2” gap at the base causing the bathroom floor to flood. Luckily I had enough towels to mop up the mess. People continually slamming the room doors and yelling, again keeping me awake until 1 pm. 3-stars is my review due to these issues

This place was so depressing that I didn't stay there. I looked over the allocated room and checked out immediately.
Your advertising for this place shows the nice Best Western on the east side of superstition springs mall instead of this place. This used to be the "Sleep Inn" and had your advertisements been forthright I would never have booked this place. I sure hope you are not billinmg me for this booking. I had to scramble do a better hotel - La Quinta at Supersatition Springs.

Our room was on the first floor. We heard the people above us the entire night. We got zero sleep. The hotel was not worth a $200 a night rate. Location was great however the room was tiny and old.

The rooms floor was filthy, the dresser, etc weren’t level so the drawers opened by themselves and the refrigerator froze everything, the toilet seat needs tightened, there were no extra chairs. Overall, very disappointed!
