a warm welcome

Pros: as above
Cons: could not fault anything.
Location: the location was ideal for us as we only needed it as a stopover for days following flight.
we had a most enjoyable stay at your hotel. the staff were very helpfull with all are needs. the food was superb and well supervised by your staff. i shall recomend your hotel to anyone i now who is staying in phoenix.

Disappointing

Very Disappointing. Its 110 degree outside and no refirgerator in room. Pillows were terrible. Staff was no friendly. For the price, I expected more. Would not stay there again

It was a clean and nice room for less then $100. The pool was nice and warm.

Ok Hotel

Room was convenient and close to airport. Room was not thoroughly cleaned....found trash in the nightstand. You can hear the doors slamming outside your room from the other rooms and people talking in the hallway. Its okay if you are just there for one night.

Location: Close to airport with own shuttle every 20 minutes.
Typical airport hotel. Accommodation adequate, staff very pleasant, food bland.

Great Hotel

Pros: The price, the bed, the friendliness, the cleanliness of the hotel.
Cons: Have coffee available 24/7. Also have the bar offer happy hour.
Location: best hotel airport, 5 minutes away.
I love this hotel, I am relocating to Arizona and love this hotel. Everyone is friendly, helpful, the bed is very comfy and the ac works great. I am an early riser so having access to free coffee in the morning is great. Susan at front desk is the most friendly and caring staff member.

Nice hotel close to public transportation

The hotel provided us with 24-hr van service to and from the airport for a small fee. Staff was helpful and the place was very clean.

Okay hotel if you have a overnight layover

Cons: if they advertise a free breakfast, they should include it in the cost of the hotel when booking through Expedia---it not included
This is an esay hotel to stay in if you have an overnight layover in PNX (only a few minutes from the airport and they have a free shuttle) DO NOT pay for the buffet breakfast ($14.95) instead eat at the airport....it is less expensive and once you get past security you can enjoy your breakfast and not be rushed!

Pros: Its near to the airport, it is good when you arrive late at night .It is close to airport,clean,quite...and special like to Ms. Penny and Mr. kim
