Pros: we like the Radisson policy of multiple pillows and sleep number beds. We regularly run a race in January, and this hotel is located well for us.
hotel was fine - minor issues: * didn't clean our room one day * bathroom sink leak

Stayed for a week. Enjoyed the number beds very much. Ran into some minor housekeeping issues where our rooms weren't cleaned but after calling the front desk they took care of it and didn't have any further issues.

Very nice hotel, stayed in chandler for two days for shopping before a trip, location is perfect, very close to shopping malls, restaurants , and the freeway, 5 minutes from everityng, 10 min to the airport. I wish i would have reserved this hotel for my return also. Stayed in a standard king room, lots of space, confy bed, good tv, clean room, and shower was great, if you are a tall person you wont need to shorten tourselfe to fit below the shower head, just missing a minifridge and a microwave, that would make it a 10 for me. Coming back next time for sure

Nice hotel by Rawhide

Pros: The hotel provided a free shuttle to the event we were going to and didn't charge when the friends I was getting ready with tagged along.
Cons: They definitely need to renovate the rooms.
Location: Eight minutes away from Rawhide.
The hotel was okay; the lady at the front desk was nice but we ended up not getting back to the hotel until the morning and the cleaning lady had to let us in because they automatically deactivate your key even before check out. The decorum is very old fashioned and there was no refrigerator in the room but it got the job down.

Low fare could justify this Hotel.

Pros: Location
Cons: Change bathroom bathtub and carpets throughout the Hotel.
Location: Nice location for shopping, is near Premium Outlet Malls, Chandler Mall and Arizona Mills.
The carpets are pretty dirty and stained on all the halls specially wheny ou wlak out the elevator. The Hotel's aged is very visible in the bathroom, the bath tub was very dirty and old. It has a good location therefore unless you book a very low rate it would be equally better than any other 2 star hotel.

Very dissatisfied. Did not clean room on time even when requested. Moldings in the room was coming off. Bath room tub tub drain plugged. Sink had burned marks. Hotel walkway close to elevator has bad misty smell (very old building).

Hotel Needs Love

The young lady at the front desk was very hospitible and hepful. The "Sleep Number" bed was nice, however, the air conditioning unit sounded as though a diesel engine were in the middle of the room , needless-to-say, this negated the purpose of having such a bed. You can also clearly hear what was being said in the adjacent rooms-- the acoustic ceiling did not help. Some of the towels were soiled. Elevator floor appeared to be tape that looks like faux-wood finish. Hallway carpet soiled (dirty). This hotel did not live up to what I believed to be the "RADISSON" name brand-- I was very disappointed!
