Radisson ReviewPosted Feb 17, 2014
Pros: Location. Close enough to the airport and to our destinations in Chandler. Didn't get to use the pool & spa, but it looked very nice.
Cons: Hotel Bar area needs to better staffed. There wasn't a bar keep on Sunday night around 8 pm to get a drink.
Location: San Tan Brew Pub in downtown Chandler is awesome. Try the sample beers and the Macaroni & Cheese Burger and then do some shopping in the area.
Overall, a nice experience. The shuttle to Rawhide was easy and convenient. Breakfast Buffet was more than adequate.

Convenient location in Chandler with a nice poolPosted Feb 9, 2014
Pros: The pool Location
Cons: Rooms need updating
I would have given this hotel a 3 based on the condition and cleanliness of it, but I was able to get a credit from Expedia after contacting the hotel front desk about my concerns. Crystal and Xochit were diligent in addressing my concerns promptly-thank you! I based my booking on the reviews I had read on Expedia and they were mostly glowing so I was surprised at the condition and cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel rooms are dated and need some upgrades, but I have heard they are working on that. The location is next to the I10 with easy access to lots of restaurants, malls and activities. Phoenix Premium Outlet Mall is 5 minutes away. The pool was lovely and an excellent spot for sunning all day.

This is an excellent hotel, and it's inexpensivePosted Jan 7, 2014
Pros: We were given a full suite plus a crib in a nicely furnished room, and it cost less than a lot of the discount motels nearby.
Location: It's located just off of I-10, so pretty much anything in SE Phoenix is readily accessible.
Heading to Phoenix to visit our in-laws for Christmas in Chandler, we looked at a lot of hotels in the area. Some were in a rough area, and others were very expensive, but the Radisson ended up being almost the cheapest while also being as good as their name. We highly recommend staying here.

Great locationPosted Dec 26, 2013
Cons: Remodel the place!
Location: Just stayed one night to be close to our kids' home in Chandler. Lots of great shopping and eating establishments on the area.
Stayed one night. Although it is a great location, the hotel décor is tired and shabby-looking. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms need complete refurbishment. Wish you had the free breakfast other hotels have.

Outstanding for the PricePosted Dec 23, 2013
Cons: The only improvements I can think of would be a flat screen TV (they still have the old CRT style) and a mini fridge in the room.
We stayed here one night as our vacation condo rental was double booked the last night. We arrived hours before check-in time and the staff found us a room so we weren't stranded with nowhere to go. The room was excellent, the Sleep Number bed and sheets extremely comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the price was very good. The wireless internet was strong, reliable and free. At one point we needed a bottle cap opener and the staff in the lobby found me one to use. All in all, an excellent experience and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is old. No flat screen tv's the prices were too high for these outdated rooms. I couldn't believe it.

The cleaning staff were very efficient and helpfulPosted Dec 6, 2013
Pros: I liked the breakfast buffet. You get breakfast out of the way and ready for the day.
Location: Access was easy, right off the freeway. Good for us out-of-towners.
Normally I do not sleep well when I'm in a motel. But I sleep very well here. It was nice and quiet.

Family get awayPosted Dec 6, 2013
The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgable for getting around in the area. We were only there for 4 days but the place was clean and staff was nice peolle to deal with. The location was convenient to the expressway, so getting around the Phoenix area was easy.
