Had a comfortable stay. Staff was nice. The café wasn't staffed well and food was very average. Need exhaust fans in bathrooms. Kept blowing circuit in power strip in room. Was a good location, easy to access from the interstate. Would stay again.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff and slee-number beds. Rooms are clean and roomy. Excellent location, convenient to I-10, the "202", restaurants etc.
Cons: Hallways could be a little cleaner.
Location: Convenient to I-10 and loop 202 to travel in any direction. Restaurants, shopping and even a casino are nearby.
I have stayed there before, after trying others in the general area. I doubt that I will stay anywhere else. This hotel fits my needs very well

Old hotelPosted Nov 25, 2013
Aging hotel. It's not quite a dump, but the rooms are very old. They have the old tube T.V.s and the bathroom has rusty drains and chipped worn porcelain. Also the toilets are very short. They have sleep number beds though, which is nice bit they need to renovate the rooms.

You don’t always get what you pay forPosted Nov 20, 2013
Never before have I stayed in a hotel room that cost 120.00 and then pay for my breakfast as well in the morning. The couch was uncomfortable to sit in and all the tv channels were fuzzy. I have stayed in other Radisson's before and never were they this bad.

great place!Posted Oct 20, 2013
Pros: staff, hotel, and pool
Cons: length of wait time for food in restaurant.
Location: it was near premium outlets, and other things like restaurants, etc
just a great stay overall. Near main highway, near malls, and easier to head out to Tucson.

Not qualityPosted Oct 16, 2013
Cons: The restroom was in terrible shape, but I was told by a staff member that they were in process of remodeling.
I've stayed at several hotels within the same area to make this property a choice again, desk staff was pleasant and room was clean (both pluses), no amenities (negatives).

Nice hotel, great locationPosted Oct 10, 2013
This hotel is now my favorite place to stay when I have to work in AZ. Great staff, nice big rooms. Better than other hotels in the area.

Nice comfortable stay, close to dining shoppingPosted Oct 4, 2013
Pros: The bed.
Cons: Free breakfast and coffee...
Location: Freeway, Denny's, Two BBQ restaurants, and a Circle K.
We took a weekend pleasure trip to Chandler and picked this hotel for offered amenities and location. The price was great for the experience we had. The facility is older but very well kept and bed was sleep number comfortable. Location was great, it is close to several restaurants and a Circle K. We liked it for the freeway access. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Nice place lousy internet access.Posted Sep 19, 2013
Pros: Close to several places to eat, room is clean.
Cons: Internet and the 1990 TV's with their interface.
Location: Several food places nearby.
Only complaint I have is the internet access. I paid for the upgrade to business just to have a better internet access and it was worse than dial up. I did contact the front desk twice, and ended up sending an email where I finally got a call and help from the IT desk. However, the IT did create a tunnel that helped some, but I was unable to VPN into my network at work. I have traveled around the world and never had this issue.
