Many amenities minimum or missing - no TV remote. No pen or paper in room - no apmplets In room. Room was clean - Good for slleping at reasonable price. Close to everything - stores, restaurants, etc.

“expensive for a outdated room not clean!”

Stayed in room 108 toilet turned off and on all night. It kept waking us up all night! Tub was dirty next to the drain. Bedskirt was dragging on the ground and the sheets were gray , and smelled like grease. Molding going into bathroom was falling off, and ironing board cover was stained horrible, would not want to put your clothing on it. Shower rod was installed wrong, and the bathroom had peeling on the wall next to tub, also toilet tank cover had black water dripped down the side of it....sad to see it runned down. Also the breakfast area cabinets were dirty and needed to be restained in the lobby area...hire someone who knows how to fix this motel up!

“great, convenient location”

The place was walking distance to the mall and many other businesses. The room was clean/well air-conditioned and a modest breakfast was provided. Will stay there next time I'm in the area!

“bed's were less than comfortable”

The bed was awful. Shower had peeling paint. I asked for a smoking room and ended up with a non-smoking room, even though it was pre-paid for a smoking room. The comforter had spots all over it. Over all I was satisfied with the employees and the hotel. Probably won't ever stay there again.

Area recommendations

Scottsdale in a condo if you can afford it. We stayed in a condo last year and it was so much more comfortable.

“Graduation get-together”

Room was ready, expedia price was good, shower was good, and there was a Jacuzzi (but in 95 degree weather, we did not use this).

“Not up to expectations.”

I expected better from a motel with the Ramada name. The loaction was great, right across from the mall but the room needed some TLC. The toilet seat was broken, a bulb was missing from one of the lamps, there was no iron in the room and the door did not seal very well (there were openings under the door at the corners). This is an average motel with exterior doors.

“Wonderful Stay!”

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The price was just right. The room was clean and comfortable. It smelled fresh, unlike so many hotel rooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool was open 24 hours, which we loved. There were bottles of Powerade, candy bars, lean cuisine tv dinners, gum, q tips tooth brushes, etc. for sale at the front desk, which was very convenient. The continental breakfast was very nice, and included several options, such as fresh, self -made waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc. The bed was comfortable, and the tv offered all of the local cable channels. The rooms are equipped with mini refrigerators and microwaves, which was wonderful for storing our dinner leftovers and reheating them for a midnight, post-pool snack. The hotel is located outside the parking lots of Arrowhead mall, which makes it a nice area, and very quiet, especially after 9pm when the mall closes for the evening. Shopping and a large selection of restaurants surround the area. Overall, I was extremely impressed after my stay, and I would definitely return!
