A walk-in registration was quoted the same price.

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: It was clean and was close to our event.
Cons: Price, accessability (elevator), and check-in time.
Location: Our event was a Chandler Center for the Arts and this hotel was only about 6 miles from there.
1.I think we may have gotten a better price just using our AARP or AAA discount cards. A person was in line ahead of us had just walked in from the street and when she asked the price for a room she was told the same price we had paid you. 2.Didn't realize that there was no elevator. Our room was on the second floor. 3. Check in at 3 or 4 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. seems really unfair when you figure out how much it is per hour to sleep in a bed and take a shower.

Close to Mesa Airport easy to get to.

Posted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Staff were helpful and easy to get to and is close to airport.
Cons: Update is seriously needed to bring it up to Ramada standards.
When we first got there we were put in a room that was not made up. When I went to the front desk we were "upgraded" to the executive suite the room was extremely hot and smelled like stale cigarettes and it was a nonsmoking room. There was a couple of vending machines which were empty the ice machine by our room was not working and the other was at the other end of the compound. The staff were polite and helpful. This is not up to Ramada standards.

Not Ready For Customers

Posted Feb 28, 2015
Pros: There is a Cantina on property and you can carry out mixed drinks. Rooms were large, very much so.
Cons: Everything. No trash bins around property walkways. Rooms were not clean at 6 pm! Caused confusion and reassignment of rooms. Advertise price add-ons.
Location: Cafes, Cantinas, Starbucks and other shopping nearby. Near highway, easy off and on.
The Inn at Dobson Ranch? The Dobson Ranch Inn? The RAMADA sign was difficult to see, and it was what we were looking for [It's at ground level]. There is too much to say to post here at Expedia, more will follow at TripAdvisor. Staff has to be called to make sure a room is clean, stated amenities are not available. Pool is not heated nor was hot tub. I had to restate all my requests that were on the original Expedia Reservation, twice as much work when they had a print out in front of them. And then they said no cribs, yet I said it was a MUST HAVE. If all you need is a bed, it was reasonably comfortable, as were the pillows. I would NOT suggest this place to a friend.

Very poor management

Posted Feb 28, 2015
Pros: Had stayed here before in its previous incarnation. Management and policy, check in time, are terrible.
Cons: More structured check in time to suit travellers and not hotel staff. Even by 4PM the cleaning staff were still not finished cleaning.
Location: Plenty to do
Terrible time checking in and getting the accommodations requested.

Rooms

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: Price
Cons: The property needs to be fixed. Wall plates missing, ceiling tiles missing in eating area. It would also be nice to have microwaves in the rooms.
Location: The location was great! We used Baseline a lot. Not a lot to do near buy. Fiesta Mall very bad. We golfed so the location was central.
The hotel was good to stay at. Price was good. The only issue we had was that we reserved a king size bed and received a room with two queen beds. The hot tub that is a stand alone was never cleaned, gravel in the bottom but otherwise is was a good stay.

Poor Hotel

Cons: EVERYTHING
As advertised, the pool was NOT heated. There were ants in our room and the air conditioner did not work properly. Very displeased. They did not move us to another room only came in and sprayed bug spray.
