Nice hotel, despite constructionPosted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: The people and service was top notch
Cons: Well, there's construction going on, and I'm sure whatever problems I have will be taken care of by it.
Location: I didn't do much while I was there because Phoenix is too hot to leave the air-conditioned room.
Despite some construction going on while I was there, the hotel was pretty nice. I gave it a 3 on facilities/condition because of the construction, but once they get the hotel improvements finished, I'm sure it'll be just fine.

Good location, close to freeways& shops.Posted May 24, 2014
Pros: Good location and good rate for rooms
Cons: Coffee- make it stronger, it taste like Airplans coffee
The location is good, close to freeways, staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have a computer in the lobby that you can printout your boarding card. Breakfast is OK, coffee is not strong enough, and it depends who makes it. About the room, good size, refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. The room did not look that it had a good cleaning when we checked in. The sheets did not have a good smell nor did the bed cover have some stains. Bed was very comfortable. I will stay here again

A nice place to stay for meetings. I was at a conferance at another location and this place was within state budget and funding pricing.

We would go back.Posted May 9, 2014
Pros: Location was perfect for us. Sports bar was great. We usually ate late and were able to sit outside and enjoy our dinner with a couple of drinks.
Cons: Towels could be thicker and pillows less lumpy. Ice machine on second floor wasn't always working.
Location: Shopping and restaurants no more than 10 minutes away in every direction.
Very friendly staff. Sports bar was large with pool tables and darts. Food was great. Nachos were excellent but we ran out of chips, not a problem we have ever had before. We bought a house in the area and plan to visit the sports bar again. Pool was nice but not heated. It was a very peaceful place to stay, except for the 2:45 am train that came through every night.

Ok for the price.Posted May 8, 2014
Pros: Its location to where I needed to be. The breakfast was good and the staff very good.
Location: Was there on family business so did not do things.
The hotel is showing its age. It was close to where I had to be and was Ok for the $50 range. The cleaning staff kept taking our towels but not leaving any new ones. The front desk was helpful.
Just a bad experiencePosted May 8, 2014
Dirty towels, non-accessible power outlets, pizza delivery guy wasn't allowed to rooms, two buildings made it confusing to find our room.
