Pros: Safe, clean and looked all new. It was a comfort knowing the hotel took care of the place.
Location: We came in late at night and just wanted a room.
The guy was very helpful offering information for the area. We enjoyed our stay.

centrally located for our needs this tripPosted Mar 21, 2014
Pros: clean and location
Cons: maybe a continental breakfast
Hotel was was acceptable but think future trips will involve a hotel with at least a continental breakfast or an on-site restaurant and lounge.

Easy Access from freeway. Felt Safe in the area.Posted Mar 12, 2014
Pros: Easy Access, Felt Safe in area
Cons: Limited TV channels
Location: The hotel is about 5-10 minutes away from ASU campus (by car). So there are lots of restaurants and plenty of shopping near by.
It was my first trip to Phoenix and I was concerned about finding a safe area of town to stay in. I made the right decision choosing Red Roof Inn. Parking lot well lit, Easy access from freeway and a very friendly hotel staff makes for a great vacation. Rooms were very clean. Free wi-fi always a plus. Will be staying here again on my next trip to Phoenix hopefully in the next few months.

Ok for quick overnightPosted Mar 7, 2014
Checked in @ 1am, don't know what the guys problem was that was checking ahead of us but took 30 min just to get to counter. The room was dingy & out dated, it was just an overnight spot so it was sufficient but I wouldn't want to spend any more time there.

Near tempe Diablo stadiumPosted Mar 2, 2014
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Location: Tempe. Spring trainning and great little shops on mill st. Many restaurants closeby and easy access to the 10 fwy.
Hand towels and bath towels no wash cloths. Rooms not cleaned. Trash not collected and no receptacles close at hand to do our own cleaning. Outward appearance of facility appealing, nice and well kept landscaping unfortunately amenities scarce and rooms a bit dreary. I had asked the hotel directly about handicapped rooms and they were all taken. But was assured the combo bath had grab bars all the way around. It had one placed quite high, more for unimpaired use. Being the tub was deep , my husband went with sponge baths for 2 days. Not a great way to go to bed at night after being at ball parks.

near airportPosted Feb 28, 2014
Just stayed one night so it suited our needs. Near the airport as one of us had an extra early flight the next morning. The front desk was super friendly and made sure we had a wake up call the next morning.
