“bad experience at red roof”

I WOULD NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER RED ROOF AGAIN THERE WAS A HORRIBLE SMELL IN THE HALLWAY AND THE BEDROOMS ALSO WATER LEAKED OUT OF THE SHOWER INTO THE FLOOR SOMEHOW BIG PUDDLES WERE IN THE FLOOR SO MUCH FOR NON SMOKIN ROOMS THEY WERE SMELLY THE ATTNDANT WAS VERY NICE BUT I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY

“See you next year!”

Hotel was satisfactory. Unfortunately, I was placed next to the reception desk and the staff was heard late at night and ealy morning - thin walls? However, the staff was also very friendly and helpful in locating nearby stores.

“For the price I was very satisfied, I would return on my next visit to Phoenix”

I would highly recommend this hotel to any future travelers. The room was very clean and access was easy. The only one problem was one night of my stay was noisy. It was homecoming weekend and my room was right at the entrance to the back door of the hotel and on Friday the door was constantly opened and closed. When I return next year I would request a room further down the hallway so as to not be close to the entrance door to the hotel.

I attended a conference at ASU. The location of this hotel was in a good place and coming or going to ASU was real simple

“Passing through and needed to stop to sleep”

We stayed at this hotel during Spring Break. This hotel was run down. Beds were both sunken in, in the middle of the mattres. We were passing through on our to CA. Staff was ok. This hotel is not worth the stay. They need renovations done to this place. There are better hotels for a few more dollars. This hotel was the only one available due to it being MLB Spring Training.
