“There was only ONE towel in our room!!!”
One towel really, I didn't realize it until I was stepping out of the shower. I called down to the front desk and was told that if I wanted more towels I needed to come down to the front desk and get them, sorry as I was standing there dripping wet I realized I needed to get out of there as fast as I could and go to a real hotel!! Unfortunately I was in town for a funeral and I had no time to look for another place so we just came home after the services.
“Nice Hotel”
Our stay at this hotel was nice. The lady at the front desk was friendly. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again.
“Clean hotel, friendly staff, good value for the money”
Stayed here for three nights on a business trip. The hotel was very clean, my room was very clean, the hotel wifi is great for being free. It's within walking distance to a small shopping strip that has some restaurants in it.
“Worst nightmare ever”
I have been before in this hotel and the service was fine, but on this occasion was the opposite, since I arrive all started badly I was assigned a room in the second floor that was not clean, I return to front desk to tell them they assigned me the wrong room , and they told me they had some issues with the system sorry for this mistake and they gave me another room, The next day I left the room early at 8:30 AM an I return at 1:00 pm and the room was not clean, I went againg the front desk where Marisol was at that moment and I ask her why was not clean my room and she answer was because the third floor rooms cleaning starts after 1:00 pm and I asked them if I could move to another room and Marisol very disrespectful told me thats not an option, I ask her to speak to the person in charge and I made the same question to him to move to a diferent room and he answer was that's not possible, they send someone to clean the room ... I will never stay here again Hope help this review to some one else
“would return for another stay”
Difficult location to find, but easy on/off Interstate - spacious a/c rooms with comfy beds, quiet toward back of motel - no continental breakfast. but good national chain restaurants in the area - well worth the price.
“Good hotel”
Nice, clean hotel, nothing fancy but great for the price.
“good for the money”
This place is good value for the price paid. Not all rooms have a refrigerator so is you want one as I do, make sure you get a room with one before check=in.
“not imressed”
We were very unsatisfied with this hotel and will never stay again. The television only had 20 channels available and we couldn't even watch half of them due to the parental controls that were set on it and we were unable to remove those controls. And the price they wanted to watch a movie from their on demand service was absolutely ridiculus. Plus we ran out of toilet paper before we left reducing us to have to buy some before we finished out stay. We will never stay at one of these hotels again.
“Great value and good location”
Nice place to stay in an area that has plenty of nearby eating opportunities. The lady at the front desk was very nice and very helpful. Rooms were clean, beds not as comfortable as some I've stayed in, but for the price, I was very happy. I also liked that the entry to rooms was inside the hotel.
“Good for Price Point”
Older hotel, but clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Beds were okay, and for a one night stay acceptable. Many eateries around hotel. Easy freeway access. Very good for this price point.
