“An excellent experience!”

The Hotel is in a fantastic location; it's freeway close (just off the 101, and 5 miles from the 10), centrally located, and just steps away from the Westgate Shopping Center, and the Jobing.com Arena. I came to Phoenix in March to see some Spring Training Baseball, and was very pleased to discover how easy it was to get to most ball parks. I also visited Downtown Phoenix, which is only a 15 minute drive away, to catch an NCAA Div 1 basketball tourney game. Being that I reserved my room through Expedia, and due to room availability, I was upgraded to a balcony room at no additional charge. The hotel accomodations are top notch. Great food, bar, gym, pools, etc. I strongly recommend this hotel, and will stay there during my next visit to the Phoenix area.

The staff was amazingly helpful and polite. The resort was clean and very well located. We came with adult children and there was enough for everyone to do.

From our arrival and to departure, the service received was first-class. The processing of our rooms and accommodations upon arrival went smoothly without a single glitch. Room service was quick to respond to our requests. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The restaurant’s also welcomed us with excellent customer service and quality food. The hotel lobby provided a pleasant atmosphere, and the pool and patio provided for very enjoyable time for the family. I recommend this hotel without any reservation.

“Renaissance Hotel ~ Great Location, Wonderful Hosts!!”

We live in the local area and just went for a quick "get away". We actually felt like we really "GOT AWAY". The hotel was beautiful, everyone who greeted us was so nice. The location is great and the overall experience is wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

Walls were thin. Parking costs $11/day. Everything's orange. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

This is a great hotel in a great location. Very comfortable beds. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again!!!!!!
