Odd that no bottled water was provided in the rooms. Some of the towels were so bleached and overused that they felt like sandpaper, actually unpleasant to use. Was not worth the $320/night price, felt more like $100-150/night hotel

The location is convenient when receiving services at Mayo Clinic. The last time we stayed it was an outstanding breakfast. This time is was average. The hotel needs to be updated and is overpriced

Great employees, very helpful. Easy to use. If you are new to the area please use a map/gps app. As it's close to a hospital. Would recommend to family and friends!

Convenient to Mayo hospital. But the property does not take into account that you’re staying there because a family member is in the hospital so they charge seasonal rates to everyone.

Poor customer service
At about 7pm, we returned to the room from dinner. I was excited to have a few beverages and watch the nfl game on television, while my wife went to sleep. She is a mayo patient and very tired in the evenings. I tried everything imaginable to get the TV on with no luck. I called the front desk. After 20+ rings, someone answered. I explained the situation to her. The response was to try and unplug it and turn back on, followed with - I don't know what you want me to do? I asked that she send someone up to look at it. She said no repair people were on site, but she could send a wait staff up. Not knowing what that meant, I said ok. 8:30p and still nobody showed. Called the desk again, 30 rings this time with no answer. Extremely disappointed that no effort was made to change rooms, switch TVs or anything. More of a, better luck next time reactivate approach. Additionally, we were charged $14 for parking and that was never disclosed on this hotels.com app or during check in at hotel.

Enjoyed the stay
Nice hotel. Pet walking area available. Quiet area. Softer beds. Adequate space in rooms. Kitchenette is the perfect size for ahort stays. Decent breakfast. Close enough to the freeway and city amenities.

Emergency Trip
Had to find a pet friendly option close to a family membera hospital. Thia location showed up. I could not be happier with their service. Everyone has been friendly and understanding. Nice walking trail for people and pets. Good breakfast options with your stay.

I liked the proximity to mayo clinic. The ccomplimentary breakfast lacked potatoes of some sort. The shuttle was an open air golf cart and was cold in December, probably really hot in summer. Other than that it was nice

Very convenient to visit Mayo hospital, nice room, great breakfast, my only complaint is paying $12 a day for parking. There is nothing there but the hotel and the hospital so paying for parking was unexpected. It's not a garage or anything, just open air standard parking lot.

Reported to staff room had dried vomit on wall and head board. I also have pictures. Dried mucous on wall too. They did not clean had to ask second time. First staff member instructed to notify manager. Manager unavailable. After 3rd call staff came up to clean and scrap off wall. Beware. Of course no discount or refund due to this and hotel. Staff was very friendly on checking in. Breakfast was very underwhelming considering the cost of the room. Very limited selection but tasted ok. Also the fact they want to charge you to park there when there is parking all around. We were there due to a visit to Mayo and could park 50 feet from hotel. Just wanting to nickel and dime you after paying $300 + a night.

We areived about an hour early no problem checking in! Pam @ the front desk was very friendly! The room was very clean and a pet peeve of mine is the hotel hallway! They were clean! No noise!

The staff are great especially Rose from the kitchen. They are very attentive to your needs. This hotel has thought of this meticulously to serve the guests especially those who really need kindness in times of health hardship. Nice but parking fees when there is a big lot...
The pull out bed in the room needs new matteress was very loud when turning over. Yiu have to pay $14.00 a night for parking on top of room rate. Taxes are 12.25%

Am patient at Mayo Clinic which makes staying at Marriott very convenient but hotel feels needs interior updating and breakfast food and coffee are substandard for area. Would not mind paying a bit more if Marriott would think about upgrading!
