Courteous Staff, Excellent Room, prompt attention to issues. Breakfast very good. Took care of a rowdy guest immediately upon my call. And profusely apologized for any inconvience it may have caused several times. Left something in room, they took my inquiry, looked for item, and forwarded to my residence promptly. Definately would stay here again and recommend to others.

Stayed here two nights recently. Very nice, very clean, plenty of towels and supplies. Residence Inns just can't be beat for the size and comfort of their rooms. Good breakfast included, which also included scrambled eggs, sausage, and a few other hot items. Hotel does not yet have an internet kiosk or business center, but did call next door to another hotel which allowed us to walk over and use theirs with no problems. Plenty of restaurants close by and convenient to I-10 access. Definitey recommend!

Everything was in order. My request were complied with. I like the two seperate rooms which provided privacy when my spouse wanted to sleep in and I was up and about.

“Peaceful hotel overlooking a golf course”

I had a very peaceful stay on a business trip to the Phoenix area. On my 5 night stay, I never had a problem with noise or room comfort. The staff was very courteous. They served breakfasts and dinners, and they were all a very good quality. I stayed in a room overlooking the golf course, and it was beautiful. The only thing that would have made that better is if there was a balcony to sit on. Next time I am in the area, I look forward to staying at this hotel again.

“Spring training”

We came to Phoenix for spring training. The hotel is very convienient to several parks. The hotel staff is very friendly and went out of their way to get us a seven day pass to the Lifetime Fitness facility down the street.
