Pros: Location
Location: Spring training fields for professional baseball
Hotel could use some refresh; good location for all that wish to see the spring training games for baseball which likely caused the seemingly high price for a basic suite type room

Old Hotel

Hotel needs upgrade. While staff is friendly they need to check rooms out for maintenance, toilet leaked. Dishes were dirty and had to be washed. I was not pleased with the room . Rugs needed to be cleaned. Entirely dissatisfied with the room

Air freshener needed

Pros: For a free breakfast, it was really good! And all the staff we met were very nice and professional.
Cons: The odor in the hallways and rooms.
Location: Mesa, AZ has some great restaurants. Try The Lost Dutchman Coffeehouse .... best cup of coffee around!
We spend 3 nights at Residence Inn. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and came included with the room... always a bonus! The bed was surprisingly comfortable. There was a terrible odor in our room upon check in that never was resolved even though the room was cleaned everyday. In fact, there was a funny odor in the hallway outside our room as well.

Great central hotel. Good restuarants close by. Clean rooms. Great staff. Would stay again.

Nice hotel, easy access

The hotel was nice, friendly staff and breakfast was included. The one down fall is the bed was not comfortable.

Nice place as all Marriotts are. However I had to call and have an extra charge for $270.33 taken off that should have been $27.03

exceptional check - warm and welcoming

Cons: A/C could use some noise filters!
checked in late thanksgiving night and received a stellar smiling and warm welcome from the front desk. i wish i remembered her name. she gave me a choice of two rooms and when i asked which one was quieter, she immediately brought up a 3rd option saying this was the one ! room 242 was quiet and with a view of the golf course. amazingly one can still hear the drone of freeway traffic in the middle of the night when all else is quiet, but im a light sleeper. the A/C in this unit is ancient, it rumbled with a force when it kicked in, but it was quick to chill the room and didnt last long. the large windows, also, had a dual layer of screening. when pulled shut, it was black out! loved it!

Pros: The pool , room and the breakfast was great.
Very nice staff and I would stay again. The breakfast was great and had a good variety. There are many places to eat walking distance to the hotel
