Good location, good breakfast, reasonable comfort

Pros: Dark shades. Breakfast.
Cons: Comfort of sofa, noisy a/c.
Great location -- quiet but only two lights off 60 East / West, right by a mall, target and several restaurants (eg quizo's, chipotle). We had a ground floor room facing a side street but heard no noise (three night stay). The blackout shades on the windows are fantastic - set an alarm or you won't wake. Sofa in room was not very comfortable, but ok. Worked better as a sofa bed. A/c functioned well but was noisy -- in-room units. Shower was powerful and hot. Good breakfast with multiple hot and cold offerings - muffins, bagels, toast, cream cheese, pb, mixed cut fruit, bananas, eggs, sausage, parmesan potatoes, cereal, juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.

Our hotel is a pretty comfortable place to get a good nights' rest :) I appreciate the feedback regarding our sofas and noisy AC unit as well. Just ok

While the staff were most helpful and pleasant, the property overall has a minimalist and barely functional feel to it. It didn't measure up to the standard of comfort that we've experienced at other Residence Inns.

One Elevator

The hotel was great with the exception of having only one slow elevator per building. Being on the third floor, this led to traffic jams during the busy times of the day, especially the mornings when everyone is trying to checkout while balancing their luggage.

Phoenix holiday

Pros: location
Cons: pretty good
Location: Golf was near by as was access to masjor hiways.
Hotel was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Grounds wewere clean as was hotel. The only issue we had was that we were given a roon that was right beside the side street. Sometimes late at night there would be heavy trucks driving by and they could be noisy. If we had been given a room on the inside or else one of the other parts of the hotel. it would not have been an isuue.

Arizona visit

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and excellent. Couldn't use the pool too cold. Was visiting my mom and had to work part of the day so it was perfect - great internet setvice in the room. Would recommend this to anyone staying in the area. It was a little far from my mom's home but definitely worth it. Would stay here again

Thanksgiving Stay

This hotel was very clean, nice room. The only negative was that I was staying over the Thanksgiving holiday and they didn't mention that my room would not be cleaned on Thanksgiving day. So it was a bit of a surprise when I returned to the room after spending the day with family to find the room was not cleaned. Wouldn't have been a big deal had they told me at check-in. I understand that it is probably tough to get everyone to work on Thanksgiving, but it would have been nice to know up front. Would definitely stay here again as the location was great and it is a nice hotel.

I would like to apologize about the shortened housekeeping service that day; we had letters typed up and delivered to the occupied rooms to inform them of the “express” housekeeping service for the holiday. Has a kitchen and the dishes provided were dirty to many dogs barking all night the remotes for the tv were bad besides all that it was ok furnishings and carpet were older looking
