“My new favorite hotel”

I was very impressed with this hotel, the room was spotless, had everything we needed and more, the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast buffet was more than I expected. They had an outdoor patio area with a gas grill for the guest use, a beautiful swimming pool. I cannot say enough good things, I will definately stay here again and will be prone to use Residence Inn's in my future travels.

“Marriot Residence Inn "Extremely Worth the Money"”

The hotel is new and very well appointed. Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and return to the Residence Inn in Surprise.

“Across from the Stadium-Beautiful!”

From the time Caroline welcomed me, to the time i checked out, service was excellent and friendly. Caroline called me shortly after i checked in to ask if everything was ok, nice! This hotel is NEW, beautiful and right across the street from the stadium. i was visiting my nephew for his 4th b-day! The bed is amazing, didn't want to get out! Has a kitchen in case you stay longer and want to cook yourself, all nice appliances, dishes, etc. Pool was nice, as was the exercise room, when equipment is new, it is great!! Breakfast was great, a lot of selection, even for picky eaters! Enjoyed my stay immensely! Thanks, will be back!!

“New hotel in a very quiet area in Surprise,AZ”

Brand new hotel in a very quite area great staff very attending always somebody at the frond desk ready to help you or greed you with a smile!!The continental breakfast was more than that with homemade waffles,fresh fruit ,hot and cold cereal hot eggs,sausage ,bisque's and gravy and some awesome potatoes,variety of doughnuts toast and many more,always attended with a very smiley staff! Ex eland! I had a studio room very very happy with the accommodations ,i will recommend this hotel for your stay,long or sort stay they will take care of you!Thanks to the Housekeeping Supervisor she is a great lady!And also many thanks to Randy for all his help find me the right cab service:)

“I could live here!”

Our 2 bedroom Suite was amazing! Very clean, spacious, and the decore was fabulous. No complaints about the room. It was perfect and it met our needs. Breakfast was good, nice lobby to eat and watch TV, they even have books in shelves to read and relax. Only minor issue was ther service with that night front desk attendant. We arrived late and she was on guest computer surfing the net, I had to ask her for assistance, she was nice until we dropped a water bottle and it spilled. I apologized to her, and she rolled her eyes and ignored me. But not even that could ruin our stay. Housekeeper was great, very sweet always with a smile, and did a great job, we requested her for our full stay.

“Will definitely stay here again”

We arrived early, was able to check in early and was off to my son's baseball game in no time. The hotel staff was great. Our travel was for a tournament which was in town and the location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to the stadium. Very clean, neat and fun.

“Comfortable and good value”

This hotel is new and the rooms are nicely furnished with full kitchens and kitchen equipment. We stayed only two nights, but one could stay there for a month very comfortably. The area is not terribly interesting, but we were there visiting my boyfriend's family.

“Surprise gem”

Very nice hotel with every amenity, and it was lovely to have a great pool outside. The breakfast had lots of options, hot and cold, coffee, etc., all day. A snack bar in the afternoon also great. Temperature control was perfect and reliable. I judge hotels by things like that, as well as the extremely comfortable bed with lots of good pillows.
