“Nice and affordable hotel”

The room is clean, breakfast is fine. Front officer is friendly. Overall I have no issue and will choose this hotel again in my next visit. I would recommend this hotel to my co workers.

“convenient to where I had to go.”

Hotel has just been updated and painted by new owners. Fits the neighborhood. Fair price. Did not try breakfast.

“Surprise”

First: Advertised as pets Welcome, but it didnt say 25.00 charge and deposit (which she waived). Continental Breakfast small packaged sweetroll (limit one per customer) and coffee or orange juice. Stain on sheet. Good location to get around Tempe/Mesa/Light Rail is right in front of them.

“Dissapointed”

They did not come in clean our room. We had put the sign up to return later and they never returned. Also, asked for extra towels and they never showed up either.

“Not really Near ASU”

I was very disappointed in the location because it is several miles from ASU, so right off the bat I felt deceived. The office smelled really bad when I checked in and the woman at the desk spoke limited English. The room was old and outdated but for the price it was ok. I had a difficult time connecting to the free "WIFI" even though I was given a password. Slept ok but was woken up early by voices and running water from adjacent rooms. Next time I'll pay more and get more.
