Good overall.Posted May 12, 2015
Pros: Pool area. Quiet. Location.
Cons: Updating of rooms. Phone on desk.
Location: Located well between Scottdale and North Scottsdale and close to many restaurants a short drive away.
We enjoy staying at this hotel. It has a nice pool area and the rooms are comfortable. Would have liked a longer phone cord so that you can make calls from the desk. Staff was very courteous. It is centrally located and you can get to many wonderful restaurants and places easily.

Quiet hotel, perfect for relaxationPosted May 11, 2015
Super relaxing and quiet location. Comfortable and roomy bi-level suite was just what are family of 5 needed. Wish a fridge was included in the room, seemed a little silly to not have one.

Beautiful facade, crumbling interiorPosted Apr 30, 2015
The hotel is 20 years overdue on a complete renovation. While the grounds are beautiful, all the other amenities are horribly dated. I've stayed at nicer limited service hotels like comfort inn, or courtyard by Marriott. Will not stay here again.

OLD RoomPosted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: Staff was very friendly, amenities nice however I didn't use any because it's all pretty spread out.
Cons: Rooms updated.
The hotel amenities and common areas were all very nice, but my particular room wasn't updated, not sure if any of them are. Compared to other resorts in the area I would say my room was pretty poor.

Beautiful hotel; huge campusPosted Apr 29, 2015
Cons: The "sports bar" could be converted to simply a bar and something other than sports could be shown on television.
Location: Hotel is located in the heart of Paradise Valley, surrounded by other gorgeous hotels, homes and stores.
The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor, very near the main pool, restaurants, front desk. Food and drink prices were very reasonable (except for the swanky main restaurant, which was quite expensive). We had a wonderful, relaxing time and hated to leave.
