Fancy hotel, pools and hot tub need maintenance, waterside water very cold, staff was hard to.find, not very kid friendly, outside restaurant was closed, no kid friendly restaurants, our room view was of the rooftop where a pair of underwear had been thrown, the balcony was dirty and gross, room itself was nice, slightly worn down, beds were very comfy. room was large.

Pros: The water slide was fun for my son.
Cons: The hotel seems a little run down. Our patio was filthy and needed paint. Our bathroom had zero water pressure and the drains were extremely slow.
The Hotel was fine for our purpose....a place to sleep. (However, the pull out bed was a pad of springs.)

Pros: Bed Deck Evening music
Cons: Eating area stay open later
Came in on a late flight and needed one night of accommodations. The staff was great and helpful. The room was outstanding , clean and the comfiest bed. Not a long stay but would recommend to anyone. The grounds and pool area were beautiful. Our deck was a nice treat.

Overall, pretty good, seemed like they were short staffed. Pool was never stocked with clean towels and it was hard to locate people to help out but once you did they were great. Shuttle service was a nice perk!

Nice hotel centrally located to various stadiums

Posted Mar 17, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness of whole facility. Entire staff very friendly and very accommodating.
Cons: Bathroom in our Club Level room is in need of repair and upgrade.
Location: Easy access on/off freeway. Surrounding area not the greatest location. Didn't feel safe going out alone to nearby strip malls.
Have stayed here past two years while visiting Phoenix to attend baseball games during Spring Training. Like staying on the Club Level and enjoy amenities like the Club Lounge. Nice pool area. Restaurant and hotel lobby bar/lounge fun place to relax, grab a refreshment and bite to eat while watching a basketball game on big screens. Husband and I always enjoy our stay and will continue to stay here whenever we are in Phoenix.

Not impressed

I booked a month in adavnced for a stay here. Drove 5 hours to get there and was told that they gave my reservation away due to overbooking! They had me go to s other hotel. Was told to come back next day and when I did my new room wasn't ready at 5:30 at night. Was given a new room and the air condition was not working properly for hotel in Phoenix arizone room was uncomfortable. I would not stay at this hotel again.
