Property was damaged - walls and carpet looked terrible when getting off elevator and balcony wasn’t even very accessible let alone over a nasty roof too look at … terrible stay.

Toilet had trouble flushing. Sink wouldn't drain. No soap, or other toiletries. Checked in and the maintenance man was working and had to check with boss on how to do that. Took forever. I've stayed here before and I got out in the non remodeled first floor. Old smelling. Not really clean, but not real dirty. Just old. Disappointing

The women behind the desk when I checked in had the nastiest attitude. I check in April 6th around 1 AM she was rude and disrespectful for no reason. I kept being polite because her actions don’t matter. The room was clean the property was perfect. I paid for a balcony room and didn’t get that which disappointed me because I am a smoker and was expecting what I paid extra for.

Close the airport in the Tempe area. Needs updating. Hallway had a weird smell. For the Wyndham name I expected more.

The beds were small and uncomfortable. The refrigerator was not working properly. The noise level from construction starting at 4am was unbearable. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

Old, dated, not clean (peeling wall paper, creepy vent in shower, rust around toilet and in cabinet where fridge is, baseboard coming off wall....) person at check in was moody, no greeting. Beds had seen there better days too. So glad we only had to stay one night!

This was a great hotel at which one may chill for a few days. It was clean and nice. The tv had hundred of channels. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun. Kids splashed around together in the evenings. It is in a nice courtyard, and lights up at night. The restaurant seems a bit pricey for eating onsite. But Tempe is right close to hand and many dining options exist within a five minute drive down University Ave. Best of all is the hotel's proximity to the filming location of the Circle K from the movie Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure! Look it up; it has a new name but still definitely exists! Parking is a breeze. The price was right. I'd stay here again anytime.

We booked here because it was 5 min from the airport. We arrived late around 3am. There was nobody at the reception desk, we waited for about 20 minutes. Someone finally showed up and told us the room wasn't ready and we had to wait another 30 minutes. Disappointed!

There's no complimentary coffee there's no complimentary breakfast we asked about a laundry and we were told to go across the street to a different hotel to do our laundry the carpet in the hallways was sticky and wet and dirty in the bar in the lobby closes at 9:00 😞

Staff really nice, it was a last minute booking as my flight got cancelled. They allowed me to leave my bag until check in, and then let me check in an hour early. Staff super nice, just needed a bed so not picky.

Property was quaint a little outdated as far as the carpets leading to the rooms need to be either shampooed or replaced and the bathroom fixtures shower head needs to be replaced or cleaned with lime scale remover. The beds were comfortable the balcony furniture looked rusted the fire pit was beautiful as well as the lighted pool. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Certain areas could have been cleaned better. The restaurant/bar was nice closed too early but nice.

The property was not quite like the pictures. Smoke colored, stained curtains; stained bedding; appeared to be lots of water damage on the walls and ceilings; smoke colored outlets/light switches. For the cost, not worth it. If it were a cheap hotel, I’d understand these things.

When me and my girl checked into the hotel we were greeted with respect and the vive was really legit the staff had a smile and made check in easy, when i accidentally put the keycard by my phone and the key deactivated, they made it really simple to key more key cards. The room was very spacious and was in nice condition. We will definitely be comjng back for a future stay.

The staff we encountered had the best attitudes considering their conditions. Apparently the "system" goes down very frequently and does not allow guests to check in and receive a room key. We did not have a room key available for 2 days! Unacceptable! Again, staff was as helpful as could be and very friendly. Rooms are very dated. "Ok" for cleanliness. Nice pool area- but hot tub was "murky" and needed a good cleaning! Restaurant service hours differ than what website shows. Food was ok to poor. Delivered to our table on a dirty utility cart. Gross! All in all, would possibly stay here again if price was low.

Before making Expedia booking I contacted the hotel customer service. They assured me there was free hotel shuttle and continental breakfast. There's no shuttle, had to take an Uber, both ways, and breakfast was additional cost.
