It was a convenient location right off the highway. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast room lady. The room was okay but showing some signs of wear. It did seem like this hotel was trying to be its best.

We have stayed at other Sleep Inn hotels in the past but this was our first time at this location. The person at the front desk did her job but was not very friendly. Our room was adequate, but several areas (such as around the bottom of the shower door, for example) looked as tho they hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were as hard as any pillow I've ever tried to sleep on, and were to me very uncomfortable so I had a terrible night's sleep. The one bright spot was the lady who was in charge of the breakfast area - she had everything well laid out and was very welcoming.

We had a great stay. I enjoyed daily walks around the surrounding neighborhood. My only critique is that I wish there had been recycling available; I didn't see any recycling trash cans.

Kayelynn at the front desk was very nice and welcoming, had me checked in explained the itinerary and had me on my way to my room in no time, awesome customer service. Great rooms and delicious breakfast, and even though the jacuzzi was not working the HEATED pool definitely made up for it.

Nice comfortable room. Ample parking and a nice little breakfast. I didn't notice if it was written that there were no toiletries, but there was only a couple bars of handsoap. Not a problem because I always bring my own it was just surprising. I'd definitely stay again when I come to town.

We’d just finished the last leg of a 3-day trek from another state. We’re stressed and tired. I go to check in and find a sign saying the front desk attendant was otherwise occupied and to please wait across the hall. Besides me, there was an older couple who seemed to be taking it all in stride. The attendant came back in about ten minutes, mumbled an apology and checked me in. We got settled, had some dinner and went outside for air. In the parking lot next us a young woman was screaming at a man and chasing him. Their car was running, door was open. So- all in all not a very cheerful reception for us.

Rooms smelled. The whole reason I picked this place was bc it was affordable and had a hot tub. We get here and the hot tub wasnt working. Breakfast was meh.

Although the rooms were small it was big enough for the night. Checked in about 830-9p, called the front desk twice to ask a question but to no avail. Even though check out was at 12p at 11am I got a call to ask if I was checking out or staying another night. At least give me time to get out. Other than those 2 issues it was a pretty good stay

The woman who runs the breakfast service, Rosemary, was fantastic. Friendly and helpful. One problem we had was the removal of used towels without replacements. Everything else was fine.

We stayed there for two nights and the hotel was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool, etc. We did eat breakfast both mornings. The breakfast was simple but good. Our downside was the pillows. The pillows in our room were small, hard, and very uncomfortable. My wife and I both had a difficult time sleeping because the pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel should explore changing the pillows and even the mattresses to something a lot more comfortable! There was some traffic noise from I-17 which, we might not have otherwise been bothered by if the pillows were more comfortable.

It looks to have been remodeled recently but still an old building. Staff was great. The free breakfast wasn't so awesome, but it was hot and free so.... didn't use the microwave and the fridge was kind of cold. The room was clean, mattress was new. My 1st complaint is the pillows. Three square pillows no bigger than 18 inches and very lumpy. Very small The 2nd and BIGGEST issue is the shower. It was covered in black mold all around the door and drain. The floor had some dark residue and old caked on Comet Cleaner. I scrapped some off and it smelled like Comet. The fan didn't really work and made clucking noises, which probably didn't help the mold situation. Very disappointing, especially for what they are charging to stay there. Not going back. I'll post pics if it allows me.

Was quiet - used constant fan setting at night, overriding any noise. Easy check in and check out. Decent breakfast options. Bed uncomfortable, especially for a dide sleeper - no pillow top. Room had all necessities, tho they could upgrade towels - prerty thin and scratchy. Plenty of hot water!

It’s a dated property. It is what it is. Don’t stay here if you are looking for modern. The breakfast was good. I had to ask for a “do not disturb” sign. The elevator smelled like Raid ant spray. The shower floor was painted and peeling so that was gross. Over all it was good for a short quick stay.

Unfortunately the property is run down, grungy with pet stained carpet, walls, floors (every room is a pet room) charged an extra $100 at check and still waiting on a refund. If I hadn’t already paid in full on Expedia, we would of left. Full odor in entire place kinda like a casino trying to cover up the smell of something. Possibly will not use Expedia again, this place should not be listed. The breakfast lady was wonderful, that gets 5 stars.

Place had decent reviews but upon check in staff is pretty un- helpful and entire property is run down and dirty. Our room was disgusting. The comforters had huge brown stains on them and holes throughout the bedding. Room was also not vaccumed and the mini fridge was disgustingly dirty with spills. Whole room you could tell had not been dusted in months. Staff could also care less about any concerns. Would never stay again. Way over priced for what this hotel is. Other guest we spoke too all said the same as to thier room cleanliness as well. Stay away from this place.
