Sonoran Suites of Scottsdale condo vacation rentals are located in a gated, Southwestern-style property that includes two-story buildings with desert tone stucco and red tile-roofs (no elevators). Condos feature cream walls and ceilings, vertical blinds, plush carpet, and ceramic-tile kitchens, bathrooms and entry-way. Tasteful Mexican pottery adds to the decor and furnishings which accents the contemporary Southwestern theme. Ceiling fans present comfortable cooling in addition to air-conditioning.
Several condo sizes are available in one-bed/one-bath, two-bed/two-bath, and three-bed/two-bath. Every condo includes a living room, separate dining room, full kitchen, personal laundry room, and furnished patio or balcony. All are fully equipped with cookware and dishware, with four-burner gas ranges, microwave ovens, ice-making refrigerators, dishwashers, and breakfast bars. Laundry rooms contain full-sized washers and dryers.
One complimentary housekeeping visit is available for most seven night reservations, may not be available with discounted rates or specials. Shorter reservations may still receive housekeeping for a surcharge. All condos are nonsmoking, although smoking is permitted on patios or balconies.

Each of the three condo complexes has a large outdoor pool, spa tub, and fitness center with treadmills, stair machines, recumbent bicycles, free weights, resistance machines, and showers. Tennis courts are located at two properties, and sand volleyball at another. Many golf courses are nearby and the staff can make golf reservations for guests.

“Great Condo Vacation Rental”
This property is located in the beautiful Sabino Canyon area and has some tremendous mountain views. The units are huge and I got a complimentary upgrade (Thank you!). Justin in the office is very professional and helped me with my after hours check-in and it made my life so much easier. The units are large and had plenty of room and they are very clean! I have read some mixed reviews, but I say you must try for yourself, as I really enjoyed my experience. Please note this is not a hotel!
“Much better than the reviews!”
Rented a 3BR/2BATH unit for the night and was pleasantly surprised. The property is well located in the North Scottdale Kierland area next to plenty of restaurants/dining. I could even walk to nearby bars and took advantage of Kierland golf course right across the street. The place was extremely large/spacious and very, very clean. I am kind of a germ-o-phob, but the housekeepers must be superior. I would highly recommend if you in the area and looking for more of a vacation rental setup. Please be forewarned this is not a hotel!
“Noisy, no parking, mouse droppings”
We were promissed a top floor room in a quiet section of the property, with an assigned car port parking. Arrived after dark. Parking spot was taken. Room was on bottom floor. Came back from dinner, took a shower, mouse droppings in bathroom. Noises from above were so loud, we packed up and left in the middle of the night. Worst stay we've ever had.
“Once you find it, accomodations are nice.”
We came in at night and it took us 45 min to find the condo. Front gate was hard to get in. Didn't understand # before number needed to be pushed. Took forever to find condo in dark, lots of buildings and number sporadically not in order. Once we new how to work gate and figured out how to find place, it was quite nice. Very quiet, nice pool, close to shopping. Helpful hints: know exactly how to get in and exactly where place is. You will need your own food supplies so be prepared.
“Not impressed, violated privacy rights!!”
I was very disappointed with my recent stay at Sonoran suites, first of all the pictures on the website were very misleading to the actual property we stayed at. The website showed sandy beach pools and all that was there was standard swimming pools and when asked where these gorgeous pools were we were answered by a very unprofessional receptionist that told us she doesn't think we were staying at that property. When we arrived at our room we were instucted to leave our spare key in the lockbox outside the room for emergencies ONLY, little did we know every employee that worked their had access to that spare key and we were unexpectedly visited by people barging their way in. No phone calls nothing!!! They didnt even knock, just tured the key and strolled in. Felt VERY violated!!!!! Staff are very unprofessional and there is never a supervisor, young staff trying to get a sneak peek! Plus you have to check in at a location 10 miles from your suite, very inconvenient and would never go back!

We had a fantastic 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, complete with washer and dryer, and a fully functioning kitchen (so we were able to save a little on food by eating breakfasts and snacks at the condo). It was close to everything, the property is gorgeous, and the pools are perfect. Everything was immaculate, and there were plenty of extra blankets, etc. The only minor complaint we had was that we checked in after hours and could not get ahold of anyone to give us the gate password - apparently they tried to call us while we were on the plane, so then we were forced to try several numbers until I was able to actually talk to someone - they do not have anyone at an actual front desk. All in all, it was exactly what we needed - we actually called and asked if we could extend an extra day, and they honored the same rate. Awesome!
“Nicer than we expected”
We got a 2-bdrm apartment in an upscale apartment complex in a great location. We could not have been more pleased with the result.
