We loved the vibe of the JW in camelback. We were pleasantly surprised when coming here. It is a warm and welcoming hotel with endless activities. Each night the hotel has live music and there are several dining options within the hotel. The spa is a must when coming! I had one of the best facials and massage ever! I have been to many resorts all over the world and will definitely be coming here again. The rooms are large and spacious with casita style decor and arrangements. I would recommend staying near the pool at is a central location to all of the main attractions including restaurants, Starbucks, gym, spa, lobby and more. The views are simply breathtaking and you are close to both Phoenix and Scottsdale. I cannot wait to come back to the JW camelback for my next trip to AZ!

This was our first time to stay at a JW Marriott and we're not prepared for how wonderful a place it is. We loved it, the people were all very kind and helpful. They were very accommodating too. We will definitely stay again. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, our weather was perfect for our thanksgiving celebration.

We stayed here for the last night of our honeymoon trip since we were flying out early in the morning (we had been in Flagstaff for the week). We wanted to stay in a really nice hotel, as opposed to a standard type) and it was a great choice. The resort is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The pool area was really unique, though we didn't have time to enjoy it. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We wish the hot tub closest to our building had been in service though because it looked really inviting, tucked away up high in the rocks. We ate dinner in the lobby restaurant and it was really really good. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the Buttes!
