“Springhills Suites”
Hotel lobby going through remodeling. Very inconvenient to get around in lobby. Breakfast was moved to a room and the electricity kept going out so cold cereal available.
“impressively professional staff”
Fast, efficient response on any request. The free, protein rich, hot and cold breakfast area is served by D, who even anticipates needs, helping to hold a plate, get a tray, offer to take baggage to the table so I had hands free to get breakfast. Never invasive, always helpful. The entire staff is very professional. Location is conviently next to I-17 across from Metro Center. My room has always been clean and refrigerated air is excellent.
“Spring Hill Paradise”
Excellent suite size.
“golf”
very accomodating staff
“GOOD WRESTLEMANIA HOTEL”
Was a nice quaint little hotel. Decent continental breakfast every morning. Coffee, tea and juice as well. They have a little workout room and a pool.
“Bad Service; Bad Nights Sleep”
I was very disappointed in this hotel that I have frequented on many occasions in the past. and been very happy with. There was dirty linen in our bathroom when we arrived. During our stay, there were adults and children running up and down the halls on the 2nd and 3rd floor from 8:00pm until after midnight. I called down to the front desk at 11:00pm and ask them to speak to the guests about quieting down; 45 minutes later we heard the desk clerk speaking to them. Upon leaving, I realized that I had been charged for my room, even though it had been pre-paid through expedia. I called the front desk and a woman called Valerie told me I had to pay the bill; only when I told her I was calling expedia on my cell phone, did she say she saw where it had bene paid, and would credit my bill. She told me to stop to get a copy of the credit. When I left, I waited while she chatted with some other hotel guests who were not leaving that day about local attractions. When I interrupted and asked if I could just get my bill copy, she told me I'd have to wait. I waited 10 more minutes and then finally tossed my key on the counter and left. We won't go back to this hotel again.
“Loved the room and service”
Awesome stay.
“This was our second stay at this hotel. Very satisfied.”
We were very pleased with our stay last year, and looked forward to going back. The hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to freeways, shopping mall, restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the morning breakfast bar! We will definitely go back next year.
“We will stay there next year for spring training.”
We only encountered one problem when we were there. The hotel was very crowded and they ran out of most of the breakfast food one morning. Other than that we enjoyed the hotel and our time in Phoenix. The staff is very helpful and friendly and they called us by name in our coming and goings during the week. Nice friendly place.
“Disappointed”
Always enjoyed Marriot suites before so was expecting this to be another great experience. We stayed 4 nights and received 1 day of maid service. We had to call for clean towels 3 days in a row. The last day of our stay when we received service, the floors were not cleaned and the bathroom was left dirty (both toilet and tub were not cleaned). Breakfast service ran out halfway through the alloted time and we had to wait for plates, silverware and food. The only bright spot was the front desk- very friendly!
