“Great Stay”

Clean hotel with fee wifi corded in room and wireless in lobby. Breakfast was very good each morning. Free Shuttle to Airport and Convention Center was great even though I normally walked to the convention center (only four blocks). For dinner, movie, or shopping walk three block to the Phoenix Center plaza. Several restaurants (I recommend "Brick") and great atmosphere make it a great place to go each night.

“The reviews are wrong...this is not close to a 3+ star”

Wallpaper peeling from the walls & place was just runned down. There are more convenient places to stay close to the stadium that are much nicer.

“Great hotel with nice staff”

I had a fantastic stay at the Springhill Suites. The staff was so helpful with everything. The pool area was kept very clean. The shuttle service not only took me to and from the airport, but also to the ballpark and local restaurants. Take full advantage of shuttle service because the streets around that area of Phoenix can be dangerous for pedestrians. I would definitely stay there again.

Area recommendations

Downtown area by the ballpark because of proximity to ballpark, cool museums and great restaurants.

When to go

Try to avoid going in June. I know it's a dry heat, but it was exhausting even walking a few blocks.

Must see

The Arizona Doll and Toy Museum and the Arizona Science Center are must-sees. Call ahead or check website for days and times because they may be closed on some days and short hours on others, particularly in the summer.

“Very nice hotel”

I have stayed here on numerous occasions and it is great. I love how close it is to chase field you can walk and avoid the traffic. My last stay I was right next to the elevator and could hear it as it went up and down but it didnt bother me that much. Overall it is a great hotel that I would recomend to anyone and I plan on staying there again.
