“Excellent Hotel”

Hotel was great. Service was excellent. Continental breakfast was excellent -- many selections in a very nice cafe area. WiFi service was easy and speedy. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Area recommendations

Shopping areas, restaurants surrounding hotel are great. Sedona is a 2 hour trip from Chandler. Hotel is conveniently located at Highway 101 which gives access to the entire city.

“GREAT PLACE TO STAY-PHOENIX AREA”

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel-located in Chandler AZ-across from Chandler Mall-(great mall for families) beautifully renovated-and it was gorgeous before! I am writing this as I was a resident of area for over 7 years-location perfect, safe,lovely,very close to airports (either one) and totally reasonable rates-super staff also-only place I will stay on my return visit!

“Great hotel room for families”

We have two small children, so it was great to have separation from the sleeping area. The kids went to bed, and we could still stay up and watch TV on the couch without disturbing them. Also, the fridge and microwave in the room were very convenient. Breakfast was very good. Loved the sausage and egg sandwiches!

“Arizona comfort zone”

Stay at the hotel was fabulous. No hassle. Front desk gets a 5 star rating. Was able to relax and enjoy our stay. Across the street from a major shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and shops. Buffet breakfast in the morning. We were on the 1st floor. We were able to get our breakfast and take it back to our room and enjoy. Would do a return visit.

Area recommendations

Phoenix, Mesa or Chandler. We have frequented them all and I think the areas are well situated in all the right areas for dining and shopping.

Getting around

We travel by car and just get on the freeway. Most of the sights can be seen from the freeway.

“Nice”

I do not use Expedia much for my travel, and was disappointed to learn that I am unable to earn/claim Marriott rewards points for reservations booked through Expedia. I will very likely not use Expedia in the future for that reason. As for my overall experience at the Spring Hill Suites in Chandler, I was disappointed with the fact that they ran out of coffee in the midst of the breakfast period and it took over 15 minutes to bring out fresh - a sign of poor planning. There were a number of people waiting for coffee and it didn't seem as if the staff did a good enough job of explaining the situation or trying to calm the guests.

“Best Hotel Stay!”

This hotel was perfect. Every staff member I spoke with was so friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Room was perfect with of plenty of room. Breakfast was amazing, not like most places. There was so much to choose from including hot food!! I plan on going back and will not stay any where else! Thank you to the staff of Springhill Suites.

Nightlife

If you enjoy a cozy, open atmosphere, you must go to "The Livingroom" Llounge just outside of Chandler. It was so nice and relaxing.

“Good location!”

Location is good, near by to major restaurants and mall. People at this mall were really nice, made us feel welcomed. Sheets for sofa bed were not washed! I would have complained but I just removed some from one of the beds and used them. It was gross. I asked for extra towels and the staff hesitated to give them to me. Don't understand the concept. I just liked the location because it was near a goold set of places and outside of the city.

“Can't wait to go back”

very good value for the price. Front desk was great and allowed us to take a late departure. Great location (across the street from PF Chang, Olive Garden, Cheescake Factory). a very large mall is also across the street.
