Nice hotel close to freewayPosted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, friendly staff, close to freeway - but still quiet.
My mom and I were in Arizona to attend my niece's graduation from Arizona State, so we only were in our room for sleeping and bathing purposes. The beds were very comfortable, and I slept better here than I have at more expensive hotels. The bathroom was plain, but very clean. The hotel had all the amenities that we needed: ice machine, iron and ironing board, refrigerator. The first night, the room's overhead light didn't work. We informed the front desk the next morning, and it was repaired by the time we returned in the evening. All of the staff that we spoke to were extremely courteous and friendly. Although the breakfast choices were mostly carbs, there was yogurt and fruit. Some of the clientele were rougher than I've encountered at more expensive hotels, but we never felt unsafe.

Good location.Posted Jun 22, 2014
Pros: Close to freeway. Close to restaurants. Continental breakfast.
Location: Close to the freeway, and shopping areas, like Target. Go down the street and your in historic Gilbert. Great restaurants in that area.
Really close to freeway and to Old Downtown Gilbert with some seriously amazing restaurants that the staff referred me too. I was at first concerned about the location, but then realized it was great. And being by the freeway wasn't as noisy as I had originally thought. The breakfast was simple, but I loved it anyways. To me a hotel is a hotel and they can be used. But overall this was a good experience. Would definitely go back.

can always rely on low cost and comfortable roomsPosted May 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
We have come to truly rely on these good rates. The hallways and elevators are a bit musky smelling, but as soon as we opened the door to our room, we were hit with the smell of cleaning agents and knew that it had been cleaned. We got to the breakfast area 45 minutes till it closed, a clerk was in trying to get it cleaned up, said he would be back in 15 min. couldn't find any milk for drinks or cereal and could not find the clerk either to ask for it. Everything else was just fine though.

Better than I expectedPosted May 19, 2014
I Yelped this place and it was better than the reviews. No smoking rooms did not smell of smoke. Breakfast was a little light, but overall it was better than I expected. I would stay there again. J Smith Los Angeles CA

Decent MotelPosted May 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
I stayed here for 5 nights in May 2014, while visiting family. It's a decent place to stay and the location is very good - right off Hwy 60, which is a main east/west highway. They offered a very good breakfast every morning and the free Wi-Fi worked well. Ample free parking and very nice hotel staff.
