It was a short stay. It was quiet and comfortable and safe.

This hotel was so dirty that we actually cut or stay short. A 4-night stay turned into a 1-night experience. My husband wouldn't even shower there. I braved it with my sandals on. We slept fully-clothed on top of all of the covers. The staff was nice, but the conditions were appalling.

It's a place to sleep. Clean Towels. Clean sheets.

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: It was close to my meeting place.
Cons: This hotel needs a large rejuvenation.
Location: Hotel is kind of hard to get to unless you have a GPS in your vehicle. It's on a One-way street next to I-17. Missed a turn when getting there.
It worked for my two night stay in Phoenix. Ceiling had unknown stuff splattered on it. Bed had hair between comforter and blanket; removed those and was able to sleep. Chairs were extremely stained; used towels to sit on chair. Broken down cushions. Carpets were filthy; bottoms of my socks were black from walking on carpet; wear shoes at all times. Bathroom and shower seemed clean. Staff was friendly.

Cheap, Good location.

Posted Apr 26, 2015
Pros: Price
Cons: Needs to update rooms.
Location: Easy on and off freeway to get to attractions. Nothing really close by.
This place was ok for me, an adult male, but I would not recommend it for others based on the night time activities and lighting of exterior. The breakfast only had juice and a couple of vending machine cinnamon rolls left with an hour to go for the breakfast time frame. The bed was old with a lumpy mattress and the carpet was multiple colors with undetermined stains. I did not want to step on it in bare feet. Housekeeping was good. Cleaned room as well as possible. Guy with motor powered air blower walking up and down walkway outside rooms early in the morning.

Good budget room.

If you need a clean, nice bed to sleep on - and you need it on a budget - this is the right place. I will say, the pictures online make the place look a lot nicer than what it is - as always.

Cheap with a pool!

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: Pool, hot tub, price, breakfast
Cons: Rooms dirty Handprints on walls, carpets were filthy, cigarette burns on bed, doors/handles were filthy. Notices not responsible for stolen items
Location: Squaw peak, North Mountain, Zoo, Shopping, Restaurants
This hotel was cheap. It had a nice pool and hot tub. That was the highlight of the hotel. They provided a nice breakfast and the staff was nice. The rooms were dirty and rundown. I did get what I wanted from the hotel. I would visit again because of the price, pool/hot tub and the breakfast.

Pros: The pool :-)
Cons: Check in time
Location: Lots of restaurants
Overall our stay at the hotel was pleasant I wish we could have checked in a little earlier. We arrived early for Spring Training.

Didn't Feel Safe

Posted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: The price & the soft & fluffy towels.
Cons: Better maintenence of the room i.e. spray for cockroaches & paint.
Location: Easy freeway access & several good fast food restaurants nearby. But I did not feel all too safe in the neighborhood.
Hotel was located in a less desirable area of Phoenix although very close to freeway. Room was spacious enough but could smell someone smoking in one of the rooms around me which defeated my request for a non smoking room. Saw a cockroach one day. Interesting enough the towels were very soft & fluffy. Saw some shady characters around & staying at the hotel but the majority of the customers seemed OK. Noticed that cop cars periodically circled the back parking lots of the hotel & the Hotel 6 next door. I was definitely more conscious of my surroundings when coming back to hotel at night.

Not that bad but not that good

In need of some maintenance but mostly upgrade the rooms especially carpet. Maid service and front desk were good
