Very noisy at night and had to pay an additional charge for a balcony.

Nice for one night but no longer.Posted Aug 18, 2014
Great location in Scottsdale AZ. Room was adequate, starting to show its age, friends room AC was not working, dirty mirrors and scratched and dented furniture and doors. Casino was fun until around 9pm when it was flooded with young adults just standing in herds waiting for the nightclub to open. Great people watching.

Hotel was great butPosted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: Pool open 24/7, restuaraunts open late.
Cons: The one check in staff girl needs customer service training. Also update the information in the rooms about the times and days restaurants are open.
Location: Joe's Crab Shack Awesome! Also Bass Pro Shop was fun!
Check in staff was rude. Girl at counter got mad when I couldn't understand her due to her accent. the I just didn't understand what she was trying to tell me so I tried to clarify what she was saying. I thought she was going to explode. Other then this rude, uptight staff person the hotel was great. Food was good and the room was very nice. They do need to update the times and days their restaurants are open because the information in the room is incorrect.

Great hotelPosted Aug 4, 2014
We stayed here one quick night. The rooms are great, clean and comfy. Bed not amazing, but comfortable. The rooms have a great bath in it and that is a plus. Did not use the pools or other facilities, but they looked nice. Would recommend others to stay here in the future!

Nice HotelPosted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: Pool service was great
Cons: I would like the in-room coffee to service dunkin donuts
Location: The intent of the trip was to relax and unwind- it was accomplished
The hotel is targeting the party crowd in PHX and we arrived on Sunday when the party crowd was leaving. The hotel and amenities were fine and it was a comfortable stay during the week.

We really enjoyed our stay - we even went to the club on the 14th floor and had a great time! Our room was very nice. Clean, decorated well and spacious.

Never have to leavePosted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Rooms are wonderful. Club level had wonderful breakfast and happy hour. Plenty of room at the pool.
Cons: Making sure ALL of the staff are on board with customer service. Most employees were wonderful, but there were some rude valet attendants.
Location: North Scottsdale with shops and great food is close by. A large shopping area is less than a mile away. New Golf facility.
I always enjoy staying at TS. It is convenient to the 101 loop, so nothing is too far away. It has all of the amenities necessary to feel like you are in Las Vegas. Saw a wonderful concert, spent time at the pool, dined out in luxury as well as casually.

Birthday CelebrationPosted Jul 21, 2014
We enjoyed our stay for the most part...definitely the hotel itself was nice. The only issues that we had involved using the pool on Saturday afternoon. We were first told we would be able to purchase a cabana to use at the pool for Saturday for the price of $275.00. We asked if we could purchase on the day of the pool party and told yes. When we arrived at the pool, we were then told those prices were only available during the week. Given that we were given wrong information, I feel like they should have honored the price quoted. Instead, we ended up paying $400 plus drinks/food for a cabana. On top of that, arriving at the pool, you feel almost interrogated by the staff that checks your bags/id. They were completely rude.
